The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has brought ecological civilization construction into the development plan of the new era,which is the first time that ecological civilization construction has been written into the strategic goal of modernization.In the process of ecological civilization construction,garbage classification is an indispensable link and an important part of ecological civilization construction.Has become increasingly prominent.Nowadays,the importance of community education plays a more and more important role in community management,which is not only reflected in changing residents' life attitude and improving their moral standards,but also reflected in the formation of values and the creation of community culture.Garbage classification education can be incorporated into the community education system.The establishment of an objective,scientific,reasonable and fair evaluation standard for community waste classification education provides a scientific evaluation tool to measure the quality of community waste classification education,which has become the focus of this study.Since August,2019,the author has made an in-depth study on the education evaluation of community garbage classification,and selected X District of Shanghai as the research object.Taking X District of Shanghai as the research carrier,based on the development target evaluation model,the author combed and screened the literature review of community garbage classification education,combined with the five bases for compiling the evaluation standard of community garbage classification education and the corresponding index revision and screening methods,and formulated a suitable evaluation index system of community garbage classification education.At the same time,the evaluation standard corresponding to each index is compiled,and the suitable evaluation standard of community garbage classification education is established.In addition,the evaluation standard of community garbage classification education was applied in 30 residential quarters in X District of Shanghai,and the data results were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software,and the quality of community garbage classification education rating standard was tested.The full text carries out research from five aspects.The first chapter is the introduction of the paper,which not only describes the research background and significance,but also summarizes the research contents,research methods,research ideas,the core concepts of the research on community waste classification education rating standards and the research on community waste classification education rating standards at home and abroad.The second chapter focuses on the five bases of compiling the evaluation standard of community garbage classification education.The third chapter focuses on the process of compiling the evaluation standard of community garbage classification education.The fourth chapter mainly focuses on the quality inspection of community garbage classification education rating standards.In the last chapter,aiming at this research and the evaluation standard of community garbage classification education,some rsummaries and prospects are put forward.
