The progress of science and technology promotes the continuous development of the society,and the requirements of people for clothing are no longer just to cover the body and keep warm,but also pay more attention to its aesthetics,functionality,health and comfort.In the field of ergonomics,pressure comfortability is one of the important indexes to evaluate the quality,function and comfort of clothing products.Applying appropriate pressure can meet the physiological function and psychological needs of human body.As one of the necessities in people's life,the comfort and function of hosiery directly affect consumers' use experience.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish a scientific testing method,characterize the hosiery(knitted fabric)pressure,and study the key influencing factors for the product research and development.Firstly,in this study,the structural parameters and tensile properties of tubular knitted fabrics were tested,and the influence of the standing duration after stretching on the tensile recovery performance of the fabric was analyzed,as well as the effects of the number of stretching cycle and the standing duration on the stress relaxation rate were investigated.After that,a pressure measuring device was designed and made based on the Flexiforce sensor and ELF pressure testing system for measuring the pressure of tubular fabrics with different elongation.And Correlation analysis and regression analysis were adopted to study the relationship between tensile strength and clothing pressure.Secondly,a human leg model was developed based on the analysis of leg anatomical structure and movement mechanism of Chinese women with age of 25 years old-30 years old,height of 160cm-168 cm.This model is composed of multi-layer simulation materials and airbag structure,can realize the functional simulation of the changes in circumference,hardness and skin tensioning statue of the legs due to muscle contraction during body movement.In addition,the hosiery pressure was measured based on this leg model for studying the influence of changes of the shape and hardness of the leg model before and after inflation on the pressure test results.Finally,the relationship between pressure and circumference,hardness of the leg model is analyzed.Cylinders with different diameters(to simulate different circumference)and covered with different materials(to simulate different hardness)were selected,and pressure test was conducted under different fabric tensile rates.After introducing an index of hardness coefficient,the relationship between the cover material and model hardness was established.It lays an experimental foundation for further study of hosiery pressure in the future.
