China's coal resources are rich,coal industry occupies an important position in China,China's main energy and basic industries.With the continuous progress of society,the development of coal mining technology in China is becoming more and more mature,and the function of coal mining equipment is becoming more and more perfect,but the innovation of coal mine equipment modeling design is still relatively backward,and the failure to realize its maximum value makes the form follow well.Therefore,in order to create greater value and improve the competitiveness of the product market,more and more coal mining equipment enterprises began to attach importance to the appearance and design of their products.Now enterprises will consider good coal mining machinery and equipment design brought economic benefits,through the impact of brand image to enhance their company's added value.Although some technical achievements have been made,new materials,new structures and new processes have been used in the innovation,but the characteristics of the machine are not clear enough,the function is not perfect enough,the operational stability is not strong.Coal mine mechanical modeling design has been in the development period,the realization of various functions of equipment,brand image characteristics and humanmachine and other aspects of foreign development level,there is still a certain gap.Through the research on the design status of coal mine equipment at home and abroad and related literature,this paper explores the design principles of coal mine equipment modeling by combining the knowledge of design psychology,engineering technology,computer technology,product semantics,ergonomics,humanities and aesthetics.According to the characteristics of coal mine equipment modeling,the design demand,use environment,operation demand,function demand,material and processing process demand of coal mine equipment are analyzed.This paper expounds the five design principles of coal mine equipment modeling and design elements extraction method,adheres to the people-oriented design concept under the principle of coal mine equipment modeling design,applies the extraction design elements in the high-pressure filtration station,emulsified pump supply station,emulsified liquid pump station modeling,through 3D modeling,keyshot rendering and other technical software to improve the design of equipment.The combination of this design method and production practice is beneficial to the systematic design of complete sets of equipment,thus forming a unified design style characteristics.This design method not only has a certain reference value to the coal mine equipment modeling design,but also has a certain reference value to the research of other product complete sets of equipment modeling design.
