For machining equipment such as machine tools,good rigidity and dynamic performance are the prerequisites for achieving high-precision machining of machine tools.But good stiffness and dynamic performance will cause problems such as high machine quality and high cost.In order to solve the above problems,based on the machining tools SGM50 B,this paper mainly study the joint surface modeling,the dynamic and static analysis of machine tools,the modal test.and the optimization framework of the key structural components.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,from a micro perspective,based on the contact fractal theory and MB model,the calculation of the fixed joint surface stiffness parameters is completed.The spring element method and virtual material method were used to model the joint surface of the horizontal machining center respectively.Based on this,a finite element analysis model of the machine tool was established.Secondly,three models are used to analyzed the machine tools,the result shows that the column is the weakest part of the machine tools,at the same time it also shows the importance of modeling the joint surface.Then,by establishing a modal test platform for the horizontal machining center,a modal test on the machine tools was completed,and we obtained the natural frequency and the corresponding modal shape of the machine tools.By comparing the finite element analysis results with the modal test results,the correctness of the machine tools finite element analysis results is verified.Finally,the optimization framework of the key structural components of the machine tools was set up.Based on the experimental design,radial basis neural network fitting,and multiobjective algorithm optimization,the lightweight design of the horizontal machining center was completed.By then,it can be concluded that the results obtained from this analysis will help to improve the performance of machine tools and reduce the cost of the horizontal machining center.
