With the rapid development of national economy,the people living standard is increasing day by day.The city center and most towns have done full coverage of natural gas pipeline.However,with the increasing of urban population density,the security situation of city natural gas pipeline network had become increasingly serious.Because of the leakage of the natural gas pipeline,explosion or fire accident were of frequent occurrence nowadays,and also as a big threat to people's life safety,property damage and bad social influence.In this paper,based on the characteristics of China urban gas pipeline,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to study the risk assessment of urban natural gas pipeline network.The research contents and conclusions were as follows:First of all,through making statistics on the formation of natural gas pipeline accidents in the jurisdiction of Shanghai Pudong Gas Co.,LTD in recent years,the possibility of accident occurrence and the severity of accident consequence were identified by fishbone diagram and tree diagram,and The factor weight is determined by expert evaluation method.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment system of gas pipeline is established based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the possibility of the accident and the seriousness of the accident.Then find out the main factors of failure probability,and take targeted control measures.Finally,through the application and analysis of practical cases,which based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system,evaluated the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in risk assessment of natural gas pipeline played an important role.After that,the weak points of natural gas pipeline safety hidden danger were obtained from the evaluation results.and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.Based on the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system,we could screen out the targeted control measures and corrective actions.By using the optimization algorithm,the risk value is reduced,and the risk level decreased significantly.The safety of natural gas pipeline network involves many factors,miscellaneous levels and wide influence.Therefore,we can use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the evaluation hierarchy and establish the evaluation system.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the risk value to determine the natural gas pipeline safety hazards,and measures could be adopted.At the same time,it also provides data support for the safety management.For downstream gas enterprises,the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the safety management and operation of natural gas pipeline has a certain promotion effect.
