Coal is a primary energy with a huge consumption in China,which has made outstanding contributions to the economic development and social construction of our country.However,the coal enterprises have high risk and frequent safety accidents.Our country has Introduced the corresponding safety control policies in recent years,the rate of major safety accidents has decreased year by year,but the proportion of small safety accidents caused by unsafe behaviors of people is still at a high level,which still challenges the safety of workers,life and property and social development.Existing studies have found that the unsafe behavior of miners is the main cause of coal mine safety accidents.Therefore,how to improve the personal safety performance of coal mine employees and improve their safety operation level has been the primary task of scholars' research.The research shows that the leadership style of the grass-roots managers can affect the personal safety performance of miners.Positive leadership style can improve the safety performance of miners,reduce the production of unsafe behaviors,and reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents.As a new positive leadership style,inclusive leadership has been quite mature in management research.However,the research on introducing inclusive leadership style into the field of coal mine safety management is relatively few.The relationship between inclusive leadership and personal safety performance of miners and specific mechanism are still to be studied.Therefore,this paper takes the inclusive leadership style of grass-roots leaders in coal mining enterprises as the independent variable,the miners' personal perceived organizational support and psychological capital as the intermediary variable to explore the relationship and mechanism between inclusive leadership and miners' safety performance.In this study,we reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad to explain the concept of inclusive leadership,perceived organizational support,psychological capital and safety performance,according to the social exchange theory,organizational support and resource conservation theory put forward the corresponding relations on the basis of hypothesis,constructs relationship model,with coal mining enterprises miners personnel survey questionnaire for data base,combined with SPSS statistical analysis software to assume that the main effect of model and the partial path relationship assumes that the empirical test,and through the build path assumes that the relationship between the structural equation model of testing the theory hypothesis of intermediary effect.The results confirm that the inclusive style of leaders can positively affect miners' safety performance(?= 0.449,P < 0.001).The psychological capital and perceived organizational support of miners have a partial intermediary role in the single mediation model,and perceived organizational support is remarkable positive influence on the psychological capital,there is significant chain intermediary effect between the two,that is,inclusive leadership and mine safety performance There are three paths to influence the safety performance of workers,There are three ways for inclusive leadership to influence miners' safety performance,inclusive leadership-perceived organizational support-safety performance,inclusive leadership-psychological capital-safety performance,and inclusive leadership-perceived organizational support-psychological capital-safety performance.Among them,inclusive leadership-perceived organizational support-safety performance has the highest mediating influence intensity,accounting for 49.6%,followed by inclusive leadership-psychological capital-safety performance,accounting for 41.6%,and inclusive leadership-perceived organizational support-psychological capital-safety performance,the weakest mediating influence intensity,accounting for 8.8%.Given the significant positive impact of inclusive leadership on miners' safety performance and the mediating effect of perceived organizational support and psychological capital,this paper argues that in the coal mine enterprise's safety management work can pay attention to promote the first-line managers' inclusive ability,emphasizes the recognition of the miners working to encourage,respect and fair treatment of miners,understand tolerance,enterprises should also pay attention to improving the perceived organizational support and psychological capital level of miners,thus effectively play the influence of the type of leadership style,and avoid the reduction of personal safety performance,improving the safety capacity of miners.
