With the change of population structure,the problem of aging in our country is becoming more and more serious.The diversity of users and the diversity of usage scenarios pose challenges to the design of bath products.Coupled with the rapid development of technology,it will inevitably lead to changes and upgrades in people's life needs.As a necessities and daily necessities in family life,bath products affect people's comfort and happiness in life along with the various stages of human birth,growth,and aging.However,the current bathing products in the family still cannot meet the needs of different users at the same time,and some users can only be forced to adapt to the existing bathing facilities,which greatly increases the incidence of safety accidents,especially for groups such as children and the elderly.Therefore,only by incorporating inclusive design concepts into bath products,combined with modern science and technology,can bath products better accommodate different types of users.In the desktop research stage,the article first sorted out the research status of the subject at home and abroad,and found that there are few domestic researches on the inclusive design of bath products,and most of them are focused on the research of barrier-free bath products for the elderly and the disabled.However,it has produced design rejection for ordinary users.Secondly,analyze the development status of bath products,and summarize the existing problems of bath products from the five aspects of product function,interaction,safety,appearance,and environmental protection.In addition,the family bathing space is an important factor in the research of bathing products.The article analyzes the size of the family bathing space,functional partitions,and environmental elements,and expounds the relationship between people,bathing products,and the family bathing environment.At the same time,the author comparatively analyzes the bathing scenes of the family and the hotel,hoping to provide a reference for the design strategy output and bathing product research.Finally,the author elaborated on the concept,research process,values and other contents of inclusive design,distinguished the theory of inclusive design and related theories,and analyzed the application status of inclusive design in product design.At the same time,the author proposes to introduce inclusive design into the research of bath products.In the user research phase,the user groups to be included are first identified,the user's physiological and psychological characteristics are analyzed,the observation method and structured interview method are used to conduct user research,the user's bathing behavior is observed,and the interview results are visualized.Secondly,combined with the word cloud map,extract the keywords of user interviews,and build user portraits based on the research results,summarize the user's pain points and needs,and ensure the reliability and authenticity of the needs.Finally,the inclusive design elements of bath products are produced from the four aspects of function,structure,interaction and appearance.Through user research in Chapter 3,based on inclusive design theory,combined with user pain points and demand points,five inclusive design principles for bath products are produced.The principles include the principle of respect for differences,the principle of ease of use,the principle of emotional care,the principle of safety and fault tolerance,and the principle of space matching.At the same time,it considers from the three levels of users' cleaning needs,health needs and enjoyment needs,constructs an inclusive design framework for bath products,and proposes specific inclusive design strategies for bath products.Finally,combining design principles and strategies,choose shower products for design practice,produce shower products and mobile interface design solutions,and evaluate the feasibility of the solutions based on inclusive design evaluation standards.The research expands the research ideas of bath products,hoping to provide reference for the field of bath product design.
