Research On Risk Management Of MC River Water Environment Comprehensive Management Project

Due to the impact of the increasing pollution discharge and incomplete pollution interception caused by the rapid population growth,the serious problem of river pollution has become one of the important problems influencing urban construction.How to control the urban water environment has been paid more and more attention.As an urban operation infrastructure project related to people's livelihood,the development of water environment comprehensive treatment project will be affected by many factors,such as management system,region,politics,economy,society and environment.At the same time,the specific implementation of the project is accompanied by all kinds of risks and runs through the whole process of the project.Risk factors often show great unpredictability and randomness,which will have a crucial impact on the implementation and promotion of the project,so it is important to carry out risk management for the comprehensive water environment treatment project.Therefore,taking MC river water environment comprehensive treatment project as the research object,this paper try to make an in-depth study on the risk management of water environment treatment project.The first part of this paper expounds the research background and significance of this paper,and summarizes and briefly reviews the research status of project risk management at home and abroad,besides,it introduces the content of each part of the paper and the technical route of this paper.The second part mainly introduces the theory and process of project risk management.The third part gives an overview of MC river water environment comprehensive treatment project,including project overview,project construction plan,project risk planning and existing problems.The fourth part discusses the risk identification of MC river water environment comprehensive treatment project,and summarizes the design risk,quality risk,economic risk,technical risk and environmental risk of the project,which including12 specific risk factors.The fifth part carries on the risk assessment through the expert investigation method,the FMEA method and the AHC method,combines the qualitative discussion and quantitative analysis to assess each project risk factor as well as the overall risk.In the sixth part,according to the previous identification and assessment of risk factors,targeted countermeasures are put forward.The seventh part summarizes the research results and draws conclusions.By taking MC river water environment comprehensive treatment project as the research object,this paper studies the risk management of water environment comprehensive treatment project,expecting to provide certain reference for the successful implementation of the project and provide reference for the risk management of the similar projects.
