The Research Of Spare Parts Inventory Management Based On Equipment Guarantee

The management of the spare parts is an important portion in the management, maintenance and repair of the troop equipments, and has great effect to the train of the troop and the war. How to get those parts in time, economically Is one of the keys of the fulfill of the repair task with great efficiency and speed, and it is the aim of the management of the spare parts.The reduction of reserves capital occupancy of the spare parts maintain fee ,the raise of the reserves exploitation rate of the spare parts services , the guarantee of the reasonable and effective equipment services are of great importance to the contemporary national defense equipment management.The effect of the spare parts services reserve management is of significant influence to this task.In a long time,it's very common to confirm the varieties of the spare parts,the storage quota,the purchase model only by experience.Due to this long circle time and the lack of systematicness, scientificness, the troop equipment efficiency has been badly damaged and this method can't meet the demand of the dynamic need of the spare parts.Based on the rule and the status of the management of the spare part in the troop, five parts are analyses in this thesis. First, the summary of the management of the spare parts is made. Second, the factors influencing the management of the spare parts are analyzed dynamically. Third, the varieties of the spare parts are made in layers analysis. Forth, a class method of the spare parts is brought forward, and several purchase models are made based the fact of purchase program in the troop. Fifth, the status and the development of our unit are analyzed and probe based on those academic knowledge above. The research of the thesis provides a new method of the management of the spare parts for the troop.
