The number of traffic accidents is increasing year by year,a considerable part of which is caused by the collision of vehicles out of the road,resulting in vehicle rollover,resulting in serious damage to the vehicle and secondary injury to the passengers,causing serious economic losses to the society,but also bring great harm and economic burden to the family.Guardrail plays an important role in road traffic safety protection.It can reduce the damage to vehicles and passengers by blocking,buffering and guiding functions.The current corrugated beam guardrail is mainly made of Q235 steel.There are problems of steel waste and environmental pollution in the production process of traditional guardrail.China is in the stage of high-quality development.It has been required to eliminate backward production capacity such as steel and coal,vigorously promote innovation and development,and advocate the research of new materials.In this paper,combined with some disadvantages of the current wave beam guardrail,some research work is carried out.First of all,the alloy steel guardrail products and production process were studied.Through the material applicability of high strength low alloy steel in guardrail products,the base metal material of alloy steel guardrail was determined.The mechanical properties of finished guardrail were tested,and the key performance parameters of alloy steel guardrail products were obtained.Through the Research of guardrail forming and surface treatment process,the plastic properties of alloy steel guardrail were obtained Complete process route of plastic forming and surface anti-corrosion treatment.Secondly,the computer simulation research on the anti-collision performance of the alloy steel guardrail is carried out.By establishing the collision simulation model and vehicle collision simulation model of SB guardrail under four installation conditions,the computer simulation test is carried out according to the highway guardrail safety performance evaluation standard,and the collision simulation results of SB guardrail under four installation conditions and three vehicle types are obtained Through the analysis of vehicle damage,vehicle collision attitude and vehicle trajectory,the blocking function,buffering function and guiding function of SB grade guardrail are obtained,so as to evaluate the safety performance of sb grade alloy steel guardrail.Thirdly,the full-scale crash test is carried out to verify the reliability of the computer simulation model and simulation results;the collision safety performance of SB grade alloy steel guardrail is evaluated by comparing the computer simulation and real vehicle crash results with relevant standards.Finally,the anti-corrosion performance of alloy steel guardrail was studied,and the 168 h salt spray corrosion test of SB grade alloy steel guardrail was carried out to obtain the salt spray corrosion resistance of alloy steel guardrail and its matching with the requirements of relevant standards;through the natural observation experiment and immersion corrosion experiment of sb grade alloy steel guardrail,the natural corrosion performance and immersion corrosion performance of alloy steel guardrail were obtained Combined with relevant standards and specifications,the corrosion resistance of guardrail products was evaluated.After the above research,the main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the mechanical property test and anti-collision safety test of the corrugated beam alloy steel guardrail,the material applicability of high-strength low alloy steel in guardrail products is studied.The mechanical properties of QSTE series alloy steel used for corrugated beam alloy steel guardrail are determined,and the feasibility of application of high-strength low alloy steel in guardrail products is verified.(2)The corrosion resistance of corrugated beam alloy steel guardrails treated by different coating processes was tested by salt spray corrosion test,natural observation test and immersion corrosion test.The results show that after 168 hours of salt spray resistance,the surface of the guardrail with hot dip galvanized coating and hot-dip galvanized polyester composite coating guardrail has no red rust spots and other corrosion phenomena,The corrosion resistance of the product meets the requirements of relevant standards.The guardrail with hot dip galvanized coating and hot dip galvanized polyester composite coating has good corrosion resistance.The performance of both guardrails is better than that of the guardrail with blown galvanized coating under special working environment.(3)The results show that the SB grade corrugated beam alloy steel guardrail is set in subgrade soil,embedded sleeve,embedded flange and concrete under four conditions.All the indexes show that the barrier function,guiding function and buffer function of SB grade corrugated beam alloy steel guardrail are good,The safety protection performance of the system meets the relevant requirements of the standard.At the same time,the computer simulation results reflect the actual situation of sb grade corrugated beam alloy steel guardrail and automobile collision process.The simulation model has high reliability,which can be used for the safety protection performance evaluation of guardrail installed in other working conditions(concrete,embedded sleeve and embedded flange)during the real vehicle collision test.(4)The full-scale impact test of SB class corrugated beam alloy steel guardrail is carried out.The results show that the maximum lateral dynamic deformation,maximum lateral dynamic displacement extension,maximum vehicle dynamic camber and maximum vehicle dynamic camber equivalent value of the new alloy steel guardrail meet the requirements of relevant standards,and the test data are valid.SB corrugated beam alloy steel guardrail has good barrier function,guidance function and buffer function,and its safety protection performance meets the relevant requirements of the standard.
