With the rapid development of my country's construction industry,traditional wall material manufacturing methods can no longer meet the increasing demand for wall materials.At present,the domestic wall material manufacturing level is in the mechanization and semiautomation stage,and only the single-machine automation of wall material manufacturing is realized.The different production links and some processes with high experience requirements still need to be manually controlled.There is a big gap with developed countries.Therefore,in view of some of the existing problems in wall material manufacturing,the thesis has carried out research on intelligent collaborative control technology for wall material manufacturing process,and designed a set of intelligent collaborative control of wall material production line that integrates automatic control,information management and data analysis.system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of low production efficiency and quality caused by the heavy reliance on workers' experience in the control process of the tunnel kiln,based on the analysis of the working principle of the tunnel kiln,the thesis proposes a tunnel kiln control decisionmaking algorithm based on case-based reasoning.First,based on expert experience,create an original case database by summarizing the production data accumulated in the industry in the past;second,using genetic algorithm to optimize the BP neural network(GA-BP neural network)method to periodically compare the current tunnel kiln conditions and cases The data in the library are compared,and the historical case that meets the requirements based on the similarity calculation results is matched to obtain the optimal control strategy;in addition,due to the strong coupling,nonlinearity,and large hysteresis characteristics of the tunnel kiln,its accurate mechanism modeling becomes a problem.Therefore,the thesis uses rule-based reasoning to modify the control strategy obtained from the algorithm in real time;finally,save new cases in the case library to increase the diversity of cases,and regularly maintain the case library to clean up redundant cases.(2)The thesis proposes an intelligent collaborative control method for the wall material manufacturing process.The control strategy obtained by the tunnel kiln control decision algorithm is used as the control basis for the wall material manufacturing production equipment,by accurately dividing each action node in the wall material manufacturing process,and calculating the duration of each action,and accurately controlling the time node of each action execution,realize the collaborative control of the wall material production line,solve the problem that the tunnel kiln control and the kiln car transfer cannot be coordinated,and improve the production efficiency and equipment utilization.(3)Based on the intelligent collaborative control method,the thesis designed an intelligent collaborative control system for the wall material production line,and divided the system into three major subsystems: regional control system,wall material manufacturing management system and tunnel kiln control decision-making system,with coordination among the subsystems work to realize the intelligent collaborative control of the entire wall material manufacturing process.(4)The combines process control technology,intelligent data acquisition technology and data transmission technology to design a regional control system.The regional control system includes a central controller and multiple distributed sub-control systems.The sub-control system realizes automatic control of equipment in the region by collecting and processing production data;the central controller dispatches each sub-control system in an orderly manner according to task instructions,with precision control the actions of each production equipment to realize multi-zone coordinated control.(5)The thesis developed a wall material manufacturing management system.Through equipment remote monitoring,process dynamic display,key data storage and abnormal data alarms,online management of wall material production information is realized,which solves the problems of wall material production management confusion and lack of data storage mechanisms,and provides intelligent collaborative control for the system data basis.(6)The thesis developed a tunnel kiln control decision-making system based on C#.The system has a built-in tunnel kiln control decision-making algorithm,which can realize automatic analysis of case database data and automatically generate tunnel kiln control strategies.At the same time,it communicates with the wall material manufacturing management system based on OPC(OLE for Process Control)technology,and indirectly sends control instructions to the regional control system;and has the visual management function of the case library,which can increase the case data through the human-computer interaction interface.delete,modify,and check operations.The thesis has been tested on the field system in a building material manufacturing plant in Heze city,Shandong province.The comparative analysis of production data before and after operation shows that the intelligent collaborative control system for the wall material production line designed in this subject can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of wall material production,save human resources,and improve the working environment reduces labor intensity.
