Research On The Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Sharing In The Construction Stage Of Prefabricated Buildings

In recent years,China has actively promoted the development of prefabricated buildings.As a necessary means and measure to ensure the construction industry to achieve the carbon emission reduction target,prefabricated buildings are the effective support for the country to achieve the goals and tasks of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality".The prefabricated building construction management mode has gradually changed from rough management to refined management,and the management difficulty is increasing.Assembled building construction is different from traditional construction methods,and its construction process contains rich specialized knowledge.However,Chinese construction enterprises pay less attention to knowledge management than western developed countries,and the application of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises is even more scarce.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the knowledge sharing of prefabricated construction project personnel,improve the core competitiveness of prefabricated construction enterprises,and then jointly promote the construction of prefabricated construction projects and the sustainable development of construction enterprises.Facing the construction management team and construction workers of prefabricated building enterprises,this paper studies the influencing factors and promotion strategies of knowledge sharing in prefabricated building construction stage.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Identification of influencing factors of knowledge sharing in prefabricated building construction,that is,literature analysis and expert interviews are used to sort out the literature on knowledge sharing in construction enterprises and prefabricated building projects,collect and sort out the influencing factors of knowledge sharing involved in the literature,and then invite experts to guide relevant indicators,eliminate and retain some indicators,and sort out and summarize 23 influencing factors on knowledge sharing in prefabricated building construction stage;(2)Constructing the model of influencing factors of knowledge sharing in prefabricated building construction,that is,using ISM,clarifying the related influencing relationship of factors and dividing the hierarchical relationship among factors,dividing 23 influencing factors into 4 layers,and drawing the explanatory structure model diagram;(3)Evaluation of influencing factors of knowledge sharing in prefabricated building construction,that is,using C-OWA algorithm and grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,inviting experts to score influencing factors,determining the weight of influencing factors,and calculating the weight of influencing factors;With the help of grey fuzzy evaluation method,the evaluation matrix is established,and the calculation results are comprehensively analyzed.(4)According to the current situation of knowledge sharing in prefabricated building enterprises and the calculation results of the paper model,the problems existing in knowledge sharing in prefabricated building construction stage are analyzed from the aspects of organization,individual,platform and knowledge structure,and the corresponding promotion strategies are put forward.According to the analysis results of the model,the importance of the theoretical system of influencing factors of knowledge sharing in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings is3.689,and the importance of indicators is organization level > individual level > knowledge level > sharing process level.Based on the existing problems of knowledge sharing in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings,some suggestions are put forward,such as establishing a sound knowledge sharing mechanism,strengthening the recognition of knowledge sharing by individuals,building a knowledge sharing platform by cooperation among various parties,and fully exploiting construction knowledge by construction enterprises.The research results of this paper improve the knowledge sharing theory of prefabricated building construction,which plays a good role in improving the knowledge sharing effect of prefabricated building construction stage,and also provides certain theoretical guidance and practical value for improving the core competitiveness of construction enterprises and promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.
