Secondary vocational schools have trained a large number of blue-collar workers for the society and occupy an important position in the field of education in our country.However,in the actual teaching process,students' enthusiasm for learning is not high,and their academic performance is relatively low.In order to solve the problems in the classroom teaching of secondary vocational schools,this research is guided by constructivist learning theory,taking the secondary vocational course "Factory Electrical Control Technology" as an example,proposes a task-driven teaching design strategy and verifies its effectiveness.Practice has shown that this helps to increase students' motivation to learn,improve the quality of classroom teaching,and effectively guide teachers in designing the teaching process.It also provides a reference for task-driven teaching in other mechanical and electrical courses.First,briefly explain the research background,determine the research questions,clarify the purpose and significance of the task-driven Iinstructional Design Strategy,clarify the research content and methods,and define the core concepts.Secondly,use the literature research method to sort out the research related literature.Sort out and summarize the theories and practices of task-driven teaching methods at home and abroad,including task-driven teaching models,task-driven teaching processes,and research on task-driven teaching methods in secondary vocational education;sort out the theories about teaching design,including teaching design Concepts,principles,elements and teaching design strategies;combing and summarizing the research on teaching design of secondary vocational courses.Thirdly,under the guidance of task-driven teaching theory,constructivist learning theory,achievement motivation theory and recent development area theory,it is formulated based on the requirements of curriculum standards,positions,academic conditions and activity-centered instructional design models.Based on the construction principles of task-driven instructional design strategy,and refine the task-driven instructional design strategy.And apply the strategy to the teaching design of the secondary vocational course "Factory Electrical Control Technology",analyze the teaching objectives,select the relevant teaching content,optimize the teaching process and teaching evaluation,and compile teaching cases.Finally,take the students of 19 Mechatronics Class 1 and 19 Mechatronics Class 2 as the research objects,conduct experiments based on the application effects of task-driven teaching design strategies,and apply the task-driven teaching design strategies to the teaching design of "Factory Electrical Control Technology",Carry out teaching effect evaluation by carrying out tasks such as task evaluation and academic test,and interview students.It is found that task-driven instructional design strategies can improve students' motivation and academic performance,enhance students' vocational skills,and optimize classroom effects.Its effects are better than traditional learning effects.
