As the foundation of national economy, electric power is closely related to people's life and social and economic development, and has important economic and social benefits. In recent years, with the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people's demand for electric power resources is increasing, followed by a substantial increase in the construction projects of electric power projects. In densely populated urban areas,it is difficult to be approved to build new substation in fund, land and other aspects,so the expansion and renovation of old substation has been put on the agenda. In the process of substation expansion, there are always a lot of risks, especially in the construction process, many participants, long construction period, reduced reliability of power supply and other risks.Based on this, risk identification and evaluation of substation expansion project construction process has a very important theoretical and practical significance.Based on my work practice, this paper takes the 110 kV substation expansion project of Xiacang as an example, uses questionnaire survey, expert consultation, checklist and other methods to identify construction risk factors, and establishes a construction risk evaluation index system for the 110 kV substation expansion project of Xiacang.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey comprehensive evaluation method are synthetically used to scientifically evaluate construction risks, and LEC safety risk evaluation method is used to pre-control the risks of higher-risk procedures in the construction process. Finally, based on the evaluation results, targeted risk countermeasures were proposed,so as to provide theoretical guidance for construction risk management of the 110 kV substation expansion project of Xiacang, and provide reference for construction risk management of other similar power projects.
