With the inclination of national policies and the promotion of industry demand,the energy industry is gradually developing towards greening,informatization and industrialization.Meanwhile,the further development of computer and communication technology provides the most favorable technical guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.The application of BIM,Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence and virtual reality upgrades the construction management,making it more information and digital.The importance of comprehensive information-based collaborative management of substation construction projects based on EIM(Electric Engineering Information Modeling)model in the power industry is increasingly highlighted.Based on the analysis of BIM related research at home and abroad and the advanced concept of EIM in China,the following research is carried out in this paper.Firstly,combined with the characteristics of substation construction projects in China,the design objectives and ideas of comprehensive information-based collaborative management system for substation construction projects based on EIM model are proposed.Aiming at the characteristics of comprehensive information-based collaborative management of EIM model,a comprehensive information-based collaborative management system for substation construction project based on EIM was constructed by designing the organizational structure,organizational process and implementation functions of the management system of electric power enterprises.Then,from the aspects of full life cycle asset information standardization and project data center construction,this paper studied the realization of comprehensive informatization collaborative management information system for substation construction projects based on EIM,designed the overall architecture of comprehensive informatization collaborative management for substation construction projects.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of comprehensive informatization cooperative management level of substation construction projects is established,and the evaluation model of comprehensive informatization cooperative management level of substation construction projects based on EIM is constructed by using ANP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,taking a 220 k V substation project as an example,this paper mainly analyzes the application of EIM model-based whole-objective collaborative management of substation construction projects through schedule management,quality management,cost management and safety management.Moreover,the comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive informatization cooperative management level of substation construction projects based on EIM model is carried out,and the comprehensive score of the comprehensive informatization cooperative management level is 0.901,and the evaluation grade is very good.It provides reference value for improving the decision-making level of power enterprises,optimizing the intensive management of power enterprises,and assisting the lean management of substation construction projects.
