In order to accelerate the construction of "Beautiful Tianjin",it is necessary to build on the basis of electric power development,so as to provide the necessary electric energy for economic development.At this stage,Tianjin State Grid has launched the "1001 Project" and put forward the following development goals,that is,to complete the construction of a world-class energy Internet before the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.However,for transmission and power supply projects,the construction of substations not only requires huge financial support,but also involves relatively large technical difficulties.Therefore,this article combines the status quo of the quality management of a BB500 k V substation project to evaluate and study the quality management of the project,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper focuses on the construction quality of substations,and systematically introduces the related concepts and theories of quality management,combs the status quo of foreign quality management and domestic quality management,and discusses the concepts of quality management and quality control Explained.This thesis uses the existing theories to comprehensively analyze the substation engineering project,aiming at the specific analysis of the quality management status of the substation project,and puts forward the problems in the quality management of the new substation project;through the research on the quality management characteristics of the substation project,the application The fishbone diagram method has established a substation project quality management evaluation index system.For quality management evaluation,factors were selected from a large number of documents and weighted,and corresponding exploration was carried out in combination with the design principles of the evaluation index system,and the index system design was completed,which provided a good foundation for the development of quality management evaluation.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality management level of a BB500 k V substation project,which proves the feasibility and rationality of the constructed substation project quality management evaluation model and method.
