Power industry is the basic industry of national economy,it plays an important role in industrial progress.As the speed of power grid construction is becoming faster and faster,a large number of new construction or expansion of substation projects have been emerged,resulting in higher standard of substation engineering design quality.Consequently the method of using practical engineering data to analyze the problems in engineering design,and summing up the lessons learned to guide the construction of new projects,can be essential in improving quality of substation design,efficiency of construction and management level.Under the guidance of relevant project management theory,by analyzing the current situation of quality management and design quality evaluation of substation engineering in China,this paper points out the problems and shortcomings of the whole process design quality control and evaluation through the research of the system,hence puts forward a design quality evaluation theory system.On the basis of the design quality evaluation system of substation engineering,this paper also comes up with an evaluation model of substation engineering design based on AHP.The judgment matrix of evaluation index is introduced to calculate the relative weight.By using the expert judgement method,the valid points of each specific control index have been carried out.Finally,an experimental study on the quality of design is carried out by taking the apricot 220 k V substation project as an example.The evaluation process verifies the scientificity and maneuverability of the evaluation system constructed in this paper.Consequently this model has profound guiding significance for any future quality evaluation of substation project.
