| In 2020,China’s economic development was greatly hindered by the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic.As a pillar industry to promote economic development,the construction industry is also facing great pressure.The orders of new projects signed by construction enterprises this year are obviously reduced,and the profit margin of construction enterprises in undertaking engineering construction is getting smaller and smaller.In order to seek the survival and development of enterprises,construction enterprises must strengthen the risk management of projects under construction,reduce and avoid unnecessary losse s in the construction process,and ensure the realization of the output value targe t of projects.In the implementation stage of an engineering project,the main participants of the project should do a good job in risk prevention and management,especially the construction units.Construction units should not only deal with the risk of problems in the process of the construction project,also may want to take to evade the risk of the construction unit or other units,so the construction unit to an effective evaluation of risk,management measures as soon as possible,adjust the management plan,in order to prevent the happening of the risk,the inevitable risk,should take scientific and reasonable solution,in order to reduce the loss caused by risk level,ensure the construction of the project,to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of oneself from harm,to ensure the project to achieve the goals of the economy,and enterprise operation and management of the task.In this paper,from the basic perspective of construction enterprises,the risk management of construction projects is studied in depth.According to the specific methods and related theories of risk management,combined with the characteristics of construction projects,taking HB residential district project as the research object,the risk factors of HB residential district project in the construction stage are identified,and finally five types of risk factors are identified and formed,namely economy,schedule,safety,quality and organization and coordination risks,and then enter the stage of risk assessment.The analytic hierarchy process is introduced to determine the weight of each risk factor,and the risk factors are classified into important risk,secondary risk and general risk according to the weight order,and the solutions and implementation steps for the construction enterprises to deal with different risks are put forward.To sum up,this paper hopes to provide experience and methods for risk management and control of construction enterprises and similar projects by studying the risk management of HB residential district project in the construction stage. |
