Electricity,as a high-quality energy source,plays an important role in the development of the national economy,The "14th Five-Year Plan" period will be a crucial period for the transformation of China's power system.From the perspective of power supply and demand balance,there is still room for power supply construction in Inner Mongolia.In order to meet the power supply load in Wulanchabu City,improve the reliability of regional power supply and meet the heating demand in eastern Hohhot,N Group plans to build a cogeneration project in Wulanchabu City.As the first step of power plant construction,the choice of plant site is very important,which affects a series of subsequent work.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation method will be used to comprehensively evaluate the two alternative sites of the power generation project of N Group,and the best site will be selected to provide suggestions for the site selection decision of the power generation project of N Group.Firstly,using Delphi method,15 experts were consulted to determine the influencing factors of the site selection of power generation projects in N Group.After five rounds of questionnaire survey,24 influencing factors were identified by sorting out expert opinions.Secondly,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the site selection evaluation system of n group power generation projects,Establish index evaluation matrix by scale expansion method,Five experts were invited to judge the importance of each index and determine the weight of each index.Finally,using the grey system theory,experts are invited to score the specific contents in the evaluation indexes of the two alternative sites.The research results show that the comprehensive evaluation method combining Delphi method,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and grey system theory is scientific,and can quantify the objective conditions of the evaluation object by combining qualitative indicators with qualitative indicators,which is beneficial for decision makers to visually compare different schemes and help decision makers make better judgments.
