With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for agricultural products is also increasing,and the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products has experienced rapid development.As a key facility in the cold chain logistics of agricultural products,cold storage is very important for the safety of cold chain logistics of agricultural products.Aiming at the problems of single environmental parameters monitored by the current cold storage,inflexible data transmission methods,and poor antiinterference ability of data processing methods,through the study of cold storage environment,ZigBee technology and data fusion algorithms,designed and implemented a cold storage environment monitoring system based on ZigBee technology.The main research contents of this article are:(1)The overall design of the system.After investigation and analysis,the temperature and humidity and carbon dioxide concentration were determined as the monitoring parameters,and ZigBee technology was used as the system's communication method,and the overall structure of the system was designed.(2)Software and hardware design.In terms of hardware,CC2530 was selected as the wireless chip of the system,and then related hardware circuits were designed around the chip,and the selection of sensors for measuring environmental parameters was completed;In terms of software,the node program is designed based on the ZigBee protocol stack,and the host computer software of the system is designed.(3)Research on data fusion algorithms.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the adaptive weighted fusion algorithm in this system are analyzed;Then improved the Grubbs criterion in the data preprocessing method,verified the effect of the improved Grubbs criterion,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the improved Grubbs criterion;finally,the adaptive weighted fusion algorithm and the improved The Grubbs criterion is combined into a two-level data fusion algorithm,and a single measurement example is used to verify the effectiveness of the two-level fusion algorithm.(4)Algorithm and system testing.The test results of the algorithm show that the test results obtained by the two-level fusion algorithm in the case of system interference are more accurate than the measurement results obtained by using the average fusion.The functional test results of the system show that the system can measure three environmental parameters: temperature,humidity,and carbon dioxide concentration at low temperatures.The wireless communication method used by the system is more flexible than the wired communication method.
