With the diversified development of the large-span building plane,Professor Ma Kian proposed the honeycomb spatial grid box structure based on the conventional grid box structure,which is composed of the horizontal hollow sandwich plate and the vertical grid wall frame.It has the advantages of reasonable force,good integrity,large stiffness,good economic performance,wide application range,and can meet the building needs of large room and flexible space division.Based on the engineering background of a proposed three-story large-span circular gymnasium,this paper studies the static,dynamic and comfort problems of honeycomb-type hollow sandwich panels by using finite element analysis software,and introduces the engineering design method of this new structure.According to the internal force distribution and deformation of honeycomb-type hollow sandwich plate under vertical static load,it can be seen that the structure has large stiffness,more reasonable force and more uniform force transmission.Parameterized analysis of the mid-span deflection of the structure and the internal forces of the ribs at a certain position shows that the rib stiffness,the ratio of height to span and the mesh size have great influence on the overall stiffness of the structure,while the stiffness of the surface sheet,the shear key stiffness and the stiffness of the side beam have little influence on the overall stiffness of the structure.It is suggested that the thickness of the surface sheet should be 1/30?1/15 of the grid size,the height of the rib section should be1/8?1/6 of the grid size,the cross-section height of the shear bond should be 1/9?1/6 of the grid size,the high-span ratio should be about 1/27,and the grid size should be 1500 mm and2500mm.Through the analysis of the natural vibration characteristics of honeycomb sandwich plate and the parameterized analysis of the fundamental frequency of the structure,it can be found that the free vibration of the sandwich plate is similar to that of the solid plate,and the low order vibration mode is the vertical vibration of the floor.The increase of rib stiffness,column stiffness and height to span ratio can effectively increase the fundamental frequency of structure.The fixed-point excitation method and the walking route excitation method are used to analyze the comfort problem for the honeycomb open-web sandwich slab structure.The natural frequency and peak acceleration of the floor structure are used as the comfort evaluation indicators.The results show that the natural frequency and peak acceleration of the honeycomb open-web sandwich slab meet the specification requirements,that is,the structure has good comfort.
