| The manufacturing industry has undergone the evolution of three stages: manual customization,mass production and mass customization,and has gradually changed into personalized customization mode.With the improvement of China’s overall economic level,the quality of life and consumption level of the people have been unprecedentedly improved,and traditional standardized products cannot meet the increasing personalized consumption needs of consumers.However,customized design and differentiated production of personalized products have brought challenges to the production process.How to efficiently personalized products has become an urgent scientific problem to be solved.This paper takes the optimization of personalized products’ design and production as the research object,and constructs the models of the production-assembly two-stage joint optimization problem and the design-product-assembly three-stage joint optimization problem respectively.The optimization objective of the two problems is to minimize the makespan.According to the relationship among design,production and assembly,the computational complexity of the two problems is analyzed.The production-assembly two-stage joint optimization problem is trivial,while the designproduction-assembly three-stage joint optimization problem is strongly NP-hard.Firstly,the optimal algorithm of the two-stage joint optimization problem of production-assembly was proposed,and the influence mechanism of different degrees of personalized customization product on the optimization objective was considered respectively.Based on this,management suggestions were put forward for manufacturing enterprises.Then,DPA approximation algorithm was proposed to solve the design-production-assembly joint optimization problem.Considering the general case(μ =1)and special case(μ>1)of the ratio of the processing time before design stage’s first key job and the processing time after assembly stage’s second key job,we found the worst-case performance ratio and gradual performance ratio of the approximation algorithm is 5 3 and 3 2.Based on the analysis of algorithm performance,specific production management suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical guidance for manufacturing enterprises to optimize the design-production process of personalized products and offer methods for shortening the production cycle of personalized products. |
