Research On The Legal System Of Water Energy Development And Utilization

In recent years,my country's economic and efficient development has been accompanied by varying degrees of damage to the ecological environment of various regions.As human beings rely more and more on energy,how to maintain the balance between energy consumption and ecological environment protection,adjust the energy consumption structure,and accelerate industrial reform and upgrading is a common problem faced by all mankind today.In this context,the research and development of clean energy has become particularly important.As the earliest renewable energy used in production and life on a large scale in human history,hydropower has always maintained its own energy advantage.In addition,my country has a vast territory,variable topography,rich river resources,and inherent advantages for the development of hydropower resources.Looking at the status quo of the development of new resources in my country,we can see that hydropower has always been the most important renewable energy source in my country,and it still has a broad space for development.In order to promote the better development of my country's hydropower and to further play the role of hydropower in promoting the development of other renewable energy sources,this article intends to study and establish a sound hydropower law,and analyze layers from the perspective of hydropower development and utilization.The development of hydropower provides legal protection.
