"The Metaphorical Tradition"

Since ancient times,China's reverie and obsession with beauty have been wandering in the past few days.The process of pursuing beauty reflects the deep understanding of beauty in the soul of Chinese people.The combination of visual experience and artistic aesthetics often causes people to resonate with it,reflect on the deep intention of memory,and constantly explore its origin and destination.The formation of consciousness comes from the accumulation of visual experience,through people's cognitive feedback of things in the final aesthetic experience.It is also a kind of "behavioral rhetoric" like metaphor that makes some cultural habits which tend to be complex in the process of implementation be preserved in a form that is easy to be accepted by modern people.In February 3,2021,when General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Guizhou Miao village,he said,"traditional is also fashionable." Rooted in a long history,tradition is easy to be one-sided associated with "inappropriate",so people seldom notice that the traditional visual mechanism based on space-time experience actually plays an irreplaceable role in shaping contemporary "scenery".The reverse domestication of material life makes the form almost completely superior to the consciousness,and it is not uncommon to see "anesthetic traditional" architecture and even gardens without standpoint.In the final analysis,as the space experiencer,it is undeniable that the creation process of the city must be compatible with both modern and traditional order.Together,they shape people's cognition of space and place,and construct the conceptual meaning of space.This paper is based on the traditional concept of "creating by taking form" and "drawing by taking advantage of form".It focuses on the relationship between landscape and visual experience.It looks for the contemporary landscape case based on the traditional idea,explores the metaphorical rhetoric suitable for modern landscape,and reshapes the experimental interpretation based on landscape and visual experience by combining the space shaping methods in traditional paintings such as "description" and "heart writing",It provides a reference for the future model,and realizes the display and defense of the true traditional experience in reality.
