Research On The Evaluation Of Cable Suppliers In GT Group's Procurement Management

In the context of economic globalization,how to improve procurement quality has become the focus of manufacturing companies.Supplier evaluation is an important part of improving procurement.In the past,companies mainly focused on the balance between price and quality in the evaluation of suppliers.With the development of supplier management theory,supplier evaluation and selection the method is more scientific and comprehensive.How to strengthen the procurement quality management of suppliers has become an important research topic among manufacturing enterprises.This article takes GT group procurement management cable supplier evaluation research as a research topic.First,it analyzes the current supplier management system of GT group to find out the existing problems and deficiencies.Then it draws on relevant suppliers and supply chain related knowledge and current Under the experience and methods of supplier management of some manufacturing enterprises,build the wire and cable supplier evaluation system of GT group;again,based on the evaluation index system,use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights and use Delphi method to score the target suppliers;Finally,based on the evaluation results,suppliers are evaluated and selected,and high-quality suppliers are selected.The main contributions of this article are: Analyze the characteristics of GT goup and cable uppliers,build a supplier evaluation index system,and design a supplier evaluation model and evaluation measures based on these indicators.Propose the design method of the indicator weight of wire and cable supplier of GT goup and measure the importance of the wire and cable index.An in-depth analysis of the evaluation indicators of wire and cable suppliers,and based on different types of indicators,the index scoring method was determined.
