Research On The Strategies For Improving The Employability Of Engineering Students Under The Background Of New Engineering

Improving the employability of engineering students is an important way to promote the innovation of higher engineering edcuation model and meet the requirements of new engineering construction.This study takes the employability of engineering students under the background of new engineering as the research perspective,based on the research results of employability at home and abroad,and takes the literature method and questionnaire survey method as the main research methods to establish the employability structure of engineering students.Through research,the employability of engineering students under the background of new engineering is divided into four kings: the ability to learn cutting-edge technology,the ability to obtain industry information,the ability to innovate career development and engineering leadership.At the same time,combined with questionnaire survey and relevant theories,the ability to obtain industry information,the factors affecting the employability of engineering students are obtained,and the close relationship between each factor and the employability of engineering students is further explored by means of correlation analysis.The results show that the actual influencing factors of engineering student's employability under the background of new engineering include the government,society,colleges and universities,students themselves and families.At the same time,engineering students have a low average in four aspects:learning cutting-edge technology ability,obtaining industry information ability,innovative career development ability and engineering leadership,and there is psychological imbalance in employment.Based on the attribution analysis of the problem existing in the employability of engineering students,this paper puts forward the strategies for engineering students to improve their employability from the five levels of government,society,colleges and universities,students themselves and families.These strategies are obtained under the background of combining theoretical and empirical research,which can provide ideas and further follow-up research direction guidance for follow-up reaearch direction guidance for follow-up researchers to study the employability of engineering students under the background of new engineering.They are highly targeted and practical.
