For more than 40 years,the gradual reform of marketization and the advancement of aviation technology have prompted my country's civil aviation industry to achieve a fast and good development.China has now become the world's second largest air transport big country.Up to now,China's transport airlines have a major accident and billions of kilometers of deaths have maintained "Double Zero" records,and the contribution of the ground technology protection personnel can not be ground technology protection is the core business of airport management enterprises.With the continuous improvement of civil aviation ground equipment technology,the professional technical skills and continuous learning ability of ground supporters are getting higher and higher,and the airports are in recent years The talents of talents are relatively serious.Therefore,airport management enterprises should constrain the enthusiasm of technical talent work through continuous improvement of their performance appraisal systems and strengthen management,thus enabling talents and strategic planning,which in turn enhances the core competitiveness of the enterprise.In this paper,based on the research object of C company ground technology,based on the relevant domestic and international literature card,the SPSS software is used to handle the questionnaire data by the SPSS software,and find the current C company ground technology protection personnel.The main problems and the causes of the performance appraisal system are improved from three levels of performance appraisal indicators,weights,implementation flows,and design a set of exciting performance assessment systems for technicians.At the same time,since the improvement of employees' understanding of the importance of performance assessment,the performance assessment system,corporate culture,informationization,etc.,to ensure that the improved system can be successfully implemented.It is hoped that through this improvement study,it is better able to perform performance rewards to the Ground technical supporters of C,enhance the human resources management capabilities and core competitiveness of the enterprise.
