Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Controller For Automatic Water Mixing In Shower

Shower is widely used in people's daily life.At present,adjusting the temperature of the shower outlet water is realized by manually adjusting the switch degree of the Mixing Valve,changing the mixing ratio of cold water and hot water,which is very inconvenient for the old people and children.In order to solve this problem,this design introduces the voice and face recognition technology into the mixing water control system of the shower.This design uses the STM32 Monolithic integrated circuit as the main controller,through the temperature sensor collection water temperature,the speech and the human face recognition to confirm the user,will shower the water temperature and the personalized setting value carry on the comparison,if the temperature does not conform to the setting value,then the single-chip control stepping motor work,adjust the mixing valve opening,the final water temperature meet the set value.This design includes hardware system construction,application and control software programming and debugging.Finally,the whole mixing water control system is debugged,and the results meet the design requirements.
