In the construction of a project,the owner usually requires the contractor to speed up the construction progress due to the time limit,which is commonly referred to as "constructive acceleration ".There is no unified measurement standard for the calculation of acceleration costs in our country.Although some provinces and cities have formulated related calculation methods for acceleration costs,most of them take the relevant expenses as the calculation base and multiply the corresponding rates to calculate the acceleration costs.Fee rates are also inconsistent.In the actual construction process,the rush-to-work situation varies in complexity,and the rush-to-work fee calculated according to the document regulation method may not be consistent with the actual construction expenditure.There have also been many disputes among the contractors regarding the claim for acceleration costs.Therefore,the research on the claim for acceleration costs has certain theoretical and engineering practical significance.This paper mainly focuses on “non-contractor's responsibility for acceleration costs to research.The actual cost method is used to calculate claim for acceleration costs,which is easily accepted by both parties to the contract.However,it is difficult to accurately quantify the cost of labor and mechanical efficiency reduction claims,mainly because the coefficient of construction efficiency reduction is difficult to determine.Therefore,the focus of this paper is to convert the construction efficiency claim cost into the calculation of the construction efficiency coefficient.For this purpose,this paper first uses principal component analysis to reduce dimensionality to screen out the main factors that affect artificial and mechanical efficiency reduction.Use SPSS26.0 software to calculate the data in the questionnaire and analyze the main factors.Use the questionnaire to visit and investigate experts with years of construction experience in the construction industry,build the AHP-entropy method calculation model,and analyze and calculate the collected data the construction efficiency coefficients of labor and machinery in the state of constructive acceleration,and then calculating the claim for acceleration costs,so as to provide a more effective reference for the actual cost method to calculate the claim for acceleration costs.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.The calculation method proposed in this paper can relatively accurately reflect the actual expenditure of the construction unit in the constructive acceleration,and the calculation method in this paper is reasonable;2.The construction efficiency reduction coefficient calculated by the AHP-entropy method model solves the calculation of the actual cost method,the shortcomings are reasonable and practical;3.This paper has a certain reference value for the in-depth study of the acceleration claim and the acceleration costs in advance of the construction period.
