| With the development of the electric power industry,the continuous transformation and upgrading of the electric power industry,the continuous innovation of electric power equipment technology,the flexible transformation of the generator set plays a crucial role in eliminating backward capacity to achieve energy conservation and efficiency.More and more technical renovation projects of power plants have been put on the agenda,and the reinforcement and renovation of the existing main plant has become the key factor to promote the project.The size of the actual earthquake is difficult to estimate,along with the continuous improvement of seismic theory and the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,each time the revision of the code for seismic fortification requirements will be improved,so in the area of seismic fortification requirements to the existing main plant for seismic analysis has become the most important link in the reinforcement project.To find out the weak links of existing structures through reasonable and compliant seismic analysis and carry out targeted reinforcement can often achieve twice the result with half the effort.The structural characteristics and technological load are the first factors to be considered in the reconstruction and reinforcement of the main plant with concrete frame-bent structure,for this kind of industrial building which violates the concept of seismic resistance in order to meet the requirements of technological production,the layout of technological equipment and pipelines and the application of technological load are of decisive significance to the structural system and structural force.This thesis firstly introduces the development of the structure form of the main plant,and describes the causes of the process load,layout characteristics and specification requirements,and lists the common seismic weak links of the single span frame-bent structure with the seismic conceptual design.Then it discusses the ways to solve the problem: this thesis introduces the current seismic design methods in our country and discusses various reinforcement methods,and puts forward the idea of using the seismic analysis results to strengthen the structural system and components.Finally,combining with the expansion of a thermal power plant project case,the original data were sorted out and a calculation model was established.The mode decomposition response spectrum method and static force pushover method were used to analyze and check the structure.The analysis results show that the torsion effect of the existing main plant with concrete frame-bent structure is obvious due to the irregular mass and stiffness arrangement,and the plane size is too narrow and long,and the seismic performance of the structure can be effectively improved by adjusting the torsional stiffness.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of the site,the reinforcement design is carried out by adding steel braces.The final reinforcement plan is obtained by comparing the calculated data of several layout schemes,and the recommended methods for the reinforcement joints are put forward,which can provide a certain reference for similar projects in the future. |
