Research On Post-use Evaluation Of University Student Dormitory Buildings In The Post-epidemic Era

In 2020,the COVID-19 virus spread across the globe,triggering all kinds of social change.In order to adapt to the requirements of normal epidemic prevention and control,college students' living and study habits have changed a lot,and correspondingly,new requirements have been put forward for the existing student dormitories.The research method of post-evaluation is to systematically evaluate the architectural performance and satisfaction of the existing dormitory building from the perspective of the actual users,and feedback the evaluation results to the designers,so as to promote the improvement of the architectural design level.Based on the above situation,this paper explores post-use evaluation standards of college student dormitories from the perspective of users in the post-epidemic era,and understands the advantages and disadvantages of the existing student dormitories,so as to provide reference for the design or renovation of college student dormitories in the future.First of all,this article through to the domestic and foreign literature study,understand the domestic and foreign research status quo of college student dormitory,after use evaluation and the theory of knowledge,using the method of literature analysis to student dormitory after using evaluation index,which can identify 34 indicators was determined by the expert consultation method,and categorizing the 34 indicators,divided into six aspects:space design,supporting equipment,living environment,social environment,dormitory management,emergency equipment.Delphi method was used to determine the weight of evaluation indicators,and experts were asked to score the importance of indicators at each level according to the 1-9 ratio scale method proposed by T.L.Saaty,so as to assign the weight of each indicator,and finally determine the post-use evaluation system of university student dormitories in the post-epidemic era.Secondly,according to the established post-occupancy evaluation system of student dormitories,the use status of existing student dormitories in GS University is evaluated.Questionnaire survey was used to collect evaluation opinions from the actual users of the university.SPSS software was used to test the reliability and validity of the collected questionnaire data and analyze it.Finally,the post-use evaluation results of GS college student dormitory were obtained.Finally,according to the evaluation results,suggestions on the improvement and optimization of GS college student dormitory are put forward from six aspects: space design,supporting equipment,living environment,social environment,dormitory management and emergency equipment.In GS University's new dormitory project,the research results have been applied in practice,which broadens the design thinking,improves the design process,improves the construction and use quality,improves the design management level,and creates economic benefits.
