Optimization Of The Evaluation Criteria Of The Green College Campus Based On Post-occupancy-evaluation

The campus construction in our country has the characteristics of large environmental burden and lack of popularization of the concept of green campus.Compared with the mature and perfect green campus evaluation system in foreign countries,the construction of China's green campus started late and the assessment criteria have not yet been formally implemented.Previous studies were generally based on the “Green Campus Evaluation Criteria”(CSUS/GBC04-2013)of the Green Construction Committee edition.After the release of the “Green Campus Evaluation Standard”(Draft for Comment)of the national standard,there was no case for certification in China.In addition to the guidelines based on evaluation criteria,green campus construction should not ignore the needs of campus users.Summarizing the post-use evaluation of users on the campus is essential for the optimization of campus construction and related standards.This study takes a university campus as a case study and conducts research by means of visiting surveys,self-assessment of a green campus,and evaluation after campus use in order to understand the current status of the construction of green college campuses in China,and provide suggestions for improving the latest version of the green campus evaluation criteria.This article first reviews the development of domestic and international green college campuses,relevant theories and evaluation criteria in the basic theoretical research section,and compares them with domestic evaluation standards in multiple dimensions.Case studies are based on subtropical Guangzhou University,Shantou University,and Taiwan Success University.,Summarize the existing green campus construction experience.Secondly,taking Shenzhen University as a concrete case,the self-evaluation and post-evaluation of the campus were conducted based on the data of the current situation investigation,and the current status of the campus construction and user's preference and satisfaction were obtained.Finally,a comprehensive comparison of the subjective and objective analysis results of the campus was conducted to discuss the importance and difficulty of the “Green Campus Evaluation Standard” in the actual evaluation process,and to provide reference for improving the campus evaluation standards.The main results of this study include two aspects.First,combining the self-assessment results with the post-use evaluation results,the optimization suggestions for the evaluation criteria of green campuses in universities in China are to optimize the weights of the green promotion and education chapters,and to clearly evaluate the indicators in specific articles.Select the scope and details of the non-participating clauses;second: the optimization proposal put forward for the construction of green campuses in Chinese universities,that is,introduce users to participate in campus construction,strengthen the “soft” construction of campus publicity and promotion,as well as rational planning and long-term accumulation and construction chievements.
