Research On The Accessibility And Influencing Factors Of Public Service Facilities In The Central Urban Area Of Zhuhai From The Perspective Of Living Circle

The configuration of urban public service facilities directly affects the happiness of residents' life.The rational allocation of public service facilities to achieve a balance between the supply and demand of urban public service facilities is the only way for high-quality urban development in the new era.Accessibility is a commonly used measure to measure the space fairness and service level of public service facilities,and it is also an important reflection of the difficulty of residents' travel.Based on the perspective of living circle,this paper studies the accessibility and influencing factors of public service facilities in the central urban area of??Zhuhai.Firstly,based on POI data,this paper analyzes the spatial distribution of public service facilities in the 5min,10 min,and 15 min living circles,and uses methods such as kernel density,nearest neighbor coefficient,Ripley's K,and hotspot analysis to explore the aggregation center and aggregation scale of public service facilities.and aggregation intensity;then,this paper takes the residential area as the starting point,combines the planning path data of Auto Navi map,obtains the number and type of public service facilities accessible to residents within a specified time,and calculates the accessibility score of community public service facilities based on this,and calculates the accessibility score of community public service facilities.Match the community accessibility score with the coefficient of variation of the accessibility score and the community population density to explore the internal equilibrium of the accessibility of public service facilities in the community and the matching status with the population,and obtain different community types;finally,from the natural,Eight influencing factors were selected from the three aspects of economy and society,and the influence factors of the accessibility of the central urban area of Zhuhai were analyzed by using the method of geographic detector.The research results provide a basis for the rational allocation of public service facilities in the central urban area of Zhuhai,and provide a reference for the high-quality development of the central urban area.The main results show that:(1)The distribution of public service facilities in the central urban area of Zhuhai has obvious spatial characteristics.The public service facilities in the living circle at different time scales all show a“C-shaped distribution”around the Banzhang Mountain,and a“pentagon shape”to the surrounding area."Extended distribution;under different time scales of life circles,the core density of public service facilities shows agglomeration as the time scale of life circles increases,and shows obvious multi-center aggregation;in terms of aggregation scale and intensity,different life circles Under the scale,the public service facilities are distributed in a ring around the Banzhang Mountains,and do not form a single cluster,but are mainly multi-center,group-type,and small-scale clusters,forming a relatively good clustering form.(2)Under different time scales of living circles,there are great differences in the number and types of public service facilities;there are also great differences in the accessibility scores of public service facilities.The scores of the 10-minute and 15-minute living circles are relatively high,forming a high-segment cluster in the central area;the community accessibility scores and the coefficient of variation of the accessibility scores under different time scales of living circles are matched to obtain low-level,low-level and low-level Differential communities,low-level,high-difference communities,high-level,low-difference communities,and high-level,high-difference communities;community accessibility scores and community population density under different time scales By matching,four different types of communities are obtained,namely,the community to be developed,the community to be improved,the community to be demonstrated,and the community to be alleviated,which indicates that the main problems existing in different communities are different.(3)Under different time scale living circles,the eight influencing factors affecting accessibility were analyzed,and it was found that road network density had the strongest impact on the accessibility of 5min,10 min,and 15 min living circles,while population density had the strongest effect.Elevation and road network density have the greatest influence on the 5-min living circle;river network density has the greatest influence on the 10-min living circle;terrain fluctuation,agglomeration effect,central accessibility,population density,and land price have the greatest impact on the 15-min living circle In addition,the superposition of the two types of influencing factors significantly enhances the community accessibility.When one factor is difficult to change,other factors can be improved to improve the community accessibility.
