| In recent years, global warming has attracted extensive attention. To deal with global warming,low-carbon cities need to be built, and reducing residents’ travel carbon emissions is an essential part of the construction of low-carbon cities. With the improvement of China’s economic level, the car ownership rate of Chinese residents increases, which leads to an increase in the number of car trips, and the carbon emissions generated by transportation trips also increase. In the existing carbon dioxide emissions, the carbon emissions from transportation trips account for 13.1%.The increase in the number of cars will be accompanied by urban traffic congestion, environmental pollution and other problems.Public service facilities are an indispensable part of residents’ daily life.Rational allocation of public service facilities and reduction of the carbon emission caused by residents’ use of public service facilities in their daily life are conducive to promoting the construction of low-carbon cities, which is an important content of urban planning.Taking the central city of Jintang county as the research object and aiming at reducing residents’ travel carbon emissions, this paper studies the configuration of public service facilities in the central city of Jintang County.Firstly,Summarize relevant literature at home and abroad, the research development process and direction of low-carbon travel and public service facility configuration are understood.Summarize the low-carbon travel mode, characteristics and development trend and standard of public service facilities configuration;Analyze the relationship between public service facilities configuration and low-carbon travel; And the relevant theories and excellent cases were comprehensively analyzed and summarized to provide reference for the later study.Secondly, the type, scale and spatial layout of the current configuration of countylevel and subdistrict-level public service facilities in the central urban area of Jintang County were analyzed.According to the location distribution tool in Arcgis, the average travel distance of residents to all kinds of public service facilities was calculated, and the per capita travel carbon emissions of county-level and subdistrict-level public service facilities were calculated. It also analyzes the influence of public service facilities configuration based on low-carbon travel, including the balance of public service facilities layout, accessibility and the convenience of public transportation. It also summarizes the existing problems from three aspects: the type, scale and spatial layout of public service facilities. Finally, according to the problems existing in the configuration of public service facilities and the configuration principles, the county level and street level public service facilities are respectively configured from the type, scale and spatial layout of the facilities. The first is to supplement and improve the facilities in terms of their type and scale compared with relevant configuration requirements.Second,in terms of the spatial layout of facilities, different types of newly-built public service facilities have different requirements for site selection. Therefore, appropriate candidate points are selected according to the requirements of facilities themselves, and the location of newly-built public service facilities is determined from the perspective of the shortest travel distance of residents.Expand some existing public service facilities to increase their service scope;By improving the accessibility of facilities and the convenience of public transportation, the purpose of reducing travel carbon emissions is achieved, and corresponding strategies are proposed for the implementation guarantee of public service facilities. |
