Basing On The Research Of AHP Into The Value System Of Public Service Facilities In Resident Area

Public service facilities is an indispensable component of residential area. With the improvement of living standard and the quality demand of living environment and service , public service is being paid attention to increasingly now. Basing on large numbers of surveys and using the theory and method of THE ANALYTIC HICRARCHY PROCESS(acronym AHP), this paper designs an integrated value system of public service in the residential area to value its deployment situation ,and puts this system into application.Above all,the paper analyzes the developing situation of public servicd in the residential area in our country and the one in hangzhou and points out that it is greatly necessary to set up an integrated value system to evaluate the public service.And then, after the specialties and limitations of present value system are explained, the AHP is put forward as an ideal way to supply a gap of other ways in this paper.Further, according to the residenters' demands and the specialties of the public service in residential area, the paper sets up the AHP to estimate public service. By collecting the values of every function of the public service from residenters and experts,this paper determines the proportions of every index and acquires the final system.In addition, the paper does lots of analyses on these indexes and puts forward some advice on today's construction.Lastly, the paper uses two examples to check the validity of this value system.
