| In today’s urban-rural dual pattern,most urban residents and rural residents who work nearby have a relatively stable living and working environment.In this context,urban low-income groups have become an easily neglected group.Facing the high living and commuting costs in the city,they are more likely to suffer from commuting pressure due to poor job-housing conditions and commuting behavior restrictions.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the job-housing conditions and commuting behavior intention of low-income groups,and analyse the spatial relationship between commuting behavior intention and job-housing conditions in different regions under the comparison of non low-income groups,so as to contribute value to promoting social equity in urban commuting.Low income commuters who live and work in the central urban area of Jinan were taken as the research object.This thesis starts from three aspects: job-housing status,commuting behavior intention and spatial heterogeneity of low-income groups,studies the benchmark for judging the job-housing status,the interaction relationship between the job-housing status of low-income groups under the comprehensive evaluation index,the influence mechanism of socio-economic attributes and psychological factors on the commuting behavior intention,as well as the spatial relationship between the commuting behavior intention of low-income groups and the job-housing status,and explores the reasons for the formation of this relationship.Based on the above research work,this thesis draws the following main conclusions:(1)The average commuting time of low-income groups is 26.22 min,the average commuting range is 4.23 km,and the commuting speed is 9.84 km / h.compared with non low-income groups,the time is shorter,the range is smaller,and the speed is lower;The proportion of low commuting expenditure of low-income groups is significantly higher than that of non-low-income groups,while the proportion of high commuting expenditure is significantly lower than that of non-low-income groups.Low income groups tend to commute in a slower but less expensive way,while non low-income groups tend to commute in a faster but more expensive way.(2)The accuracy of the job-housing status evaluation method based on comprehensive indicators is more accurate than that based on a single variable.The regions where low-income groups job-housing in a restrained state are distributed in a semi ring around the main urban area,which is closely related to the road layout.Compared with non low-income groups,the job-housing status of low-income groups is more constrained on the whole.This global discrepancy is particularly obvious in the edge grid with long commuting distance and long commuting time and the grid close to east;However,in the west of the central urban area,the job-housing status of low-income groups is close to that of non-low-income groups.(3)The total effects of psychological factors on Behavior Intention of low-income groups are Commuting Attitude(-0.486),Perceive Behavior control(0.420),Subjective Norms(0.410),Perceived Responsibility(0.351),Commuting Experience(0.159)and Commuting Cognition(0.053).The tendency of commuting behavior of low-income groups is different from that of the overall sample and non-low-income groups.From high to low,it is the Experience Priority type,the Compromise type and the Efficiency Priority type.Among them,for the the Efficiency Priority type of Behavior Intention,occupation and commuting have a significant positive impact,and gender and age have a significant negative impact;gender,age and Commuting Attitude have significant positive effects on Behavior Intention of the Compromise type,while occupation,commuting and Perceive Behavior control have significant negative effects;For Behavior Intention of the Experience Priority type,gender,age,occupation,Perceive Behavior control and Commuting Experience have significant positive effects,and Commuting Attitude have significant negative effects.(7)The commuting environment of low-income groups located between Pingan Sub-district and Wenchang Sub-district in Changqing District,the east of Huaiyin District,the north of Shizhong District,the south of Tianqiao District and the northwest of Lixia District,and Quanfu Sub-district,Dongfeng Sub-district,Shanda Road Sub-district,Wangsheren Sub-district and Baoshan Sub-district in Licheng District is better.The commuting environment of low-income groups located in Shilihe Sub-district of Shizhong District,Xingfu Sub-district of Huaiyin District,Yaoshan Sub-district and Luokou Sub-district of Tianqiao District,Zhiyuan Sub-district,Dianliu Sub-district and Shunhua Road Sub-district of Lixia District,Huashan Sub-district and Tangye Sub-district of Licheng District is general.Although the job-housing distance of low-income groups is not long,the commuting efficiency is not high.Located between Yuqinghu Sub-district and Dougou Sub-district,Pingan Sub-district of Changqing District,Dangjia Sub-district of Shizhong District and Shunhua Road Sub-district of Lixia District,low-income groups have poor commuting environment,long job-housing distance and poor commuting experience.The regional scope of non-low-income groups with High-High aggregation is higher than that of low-income groups,while the grid of Low-High aggregation is mainly distributed in more peripheral regions,and the grid distribution of High-Low aggregation is relatively concentrated,indicating that the commuting environment of non-low-income groups is better than that of low-income groups on the whole. |
