| With the improvement of urbanization in China,the number of urban population continues to increase,and the urban housing pressure increases.High-rise housing has the characteristics of high land use and saving construction land.Therefore,high-rise housing is still needed to alleviate the housing pressure of the city in the future.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the control of housing quality.Various norms related to architectural design have been revised and improved,and new requirements have been put forward for the design of high-rise residential buildings,which makes us pay more attention to high-rise residential buildings.Jinan is located in the cold region and is often affected by bad weather.The unit entrance space,as the conversion place of indoor and outdoor space,is particularly important.In this thesis,the POE theory is used to study the unit entrance space of high-rise residential buildings.The residents’ satisfaction is obtained by the POE,and the design of the unit entrance space is referred to each other.The shortcomings and advantages are summarized.According to the function of the unit entrance space and the needs of residents,the optimization design strategy is proposed,which can play a role in the efficient and reasonable application of the unit entrance space and the promotion of neighborhood communication.This thesis mainly elaborates the content of the thesis through five parts.The first part is the research on the background,current situation and relevant theories at home and abroad of the post-use evaluation and the entrance space of high-rise residential units.The second part is an overview of high-rise residential unit entrance space.Firstly,it analyzes the physical components and functional requirements,and then summarizes the classification of high-rise residential unit entrance space.Finally,it summarizes the use function of the space and the behavior of residents.The third part is the extraction of high-rise residential unit entrance space influence factors,through yaahp software for data analysis,the establishment of highrise residential unit entrance space use evaluation model;the fourth part selects typical cases,conducts research based on the post-use evaluation system established in the third part,obtains the research data,and conducts data analysis according to the evaluation factor and the type of unit entrance.The fifth part is based on the research and data analysis found the advantages and disadvantages and needs of high-rise residential unit entrance space optimization design strategy.One is to analyze the entrance space of three components(corridor space,hall space,core tube space)and put forward the design strategy.The second is to put forward the selection strategy for the four types of unit entrance from the aspects of planning selection and corridor type selection.Through this way,designers can easily select the appropriate high-rise residential unit entrance type and improve the efficiency of design.In this thesis,through the use of post-evaluation to understand the high-rise residential unit entrance space use and design status,as well as the satisfaction of residents,the corresponding optimization design strategy,high-rise residential unit entrance space design to provide some reference,but also enrich the use of post-evaluation. |
