With the rapid development of greening,informationization and intelligence in China,the construction industry is facing great challenges.The traditional design concept and construction method of China’s residential system can no longer meet the green and low-carbon development requirements of the construction industry.In the national "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan,it is clearly proposed to vigorously develop prefabricated buildings,promote green construction methods and independent and controllable BIM software research and development tasks.Aluminum alloy formwork is still in the rising promotion period in green construction,and its characteristics of short construction period,high turnover and high environmental utilization rate still have great prospect in the prefabricated type residential system.The digital design of aluminum alloy formwork applied in the existing structure prefabricated houses is low in efficiency and intelligence.Therefore,the deep integration of BIM technology into the assembled residential system and aluminum alloy formwork will help to implement innovation-driven to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and achieve green and low-carbon development.In this thesis,we analyze the existing problems in the design and production of aluminum alloy formwork of prefabricated-type housing system,explore the BIM-based solution strategy for the design of aluminum alloy formwork of prefabricated-type housing system,and propose the intelligent design solution of aluminum alloy formwork based on BIM technology,and on this basis,the model data is extracted and applied to the production and construction stages so that the project can move towards intelligence and digitalization.The main research contents and results of this thesis are as follows.(1)Classify the assembled residential components and aluminum alloy formwork components to lay the foundation for coding and packaging in the application stage,and establish the modeling standard and process for structural components,and establish the aluminum alloy formwork component family by parametric way to prepare for intelligent formwork design.(2)Develop BIM-based structural prefabricated aluminum alloy formwork intelligent formwork design function module,transform design ideas into computer language,and carry out accurate and rapid configuration of aluminum alloy formwork for structural slabs,structural walls and structural beams and other components in prefabricated-type houses with the design concept of parametric formwork,functional modularity and intelligent formwork,so as to achieve the effect of high design efficiency and high intelligence.(3)On the basis of the intelligent formwork design of aluminum alloy formwork,the BIM-based aluminum alloy formwork application function module of structural prefabricated houses system is developed to extract,organize and transfer the model data,and complete the functions of one-click coding and packing,one-click exporting list,one-click exporting drawings and auxiliary formwork distribution through human-computer interaction,which efficiently solves the phenomena of slow assembly and list disorder at the construction site.(4)Based on the above study,the practicality of the self-developed program was verified by taking an prefabricated-type residential project in Jinan City as an example.It realizes the design of formwork and application of aluminum alloy formwork for structural slab,structural wall and structural beam members of the project was realised.
