Architecture is the main space carrier for people's life and work.Buildings have a huge impact on energy and the environment,consuming 30%to 40%of the world's natural resources and 40%of its energy.Therefore,building energy conservation is a necessary condition to protect the environment and safeguard people's well-being.Large supermarket is an important form of architecture,which consumes large energy per unit area.Under the"dual carbon target",it is necessary to study the building energy efficiency of large supermarkets in combination with the regional and climate characteristics.With the support of Shandong Province's major special funds for wall material innovation and building energy conservation,the building energy consumption of 222 large supermarkets in Shandong Province was investigated,and the statistical analysis showed that the total building energy consumption per unit area of large supermarkets ranged from 148.6 k Wh/m~2 to 460.8k Wh/m~2;in the energy consumption of large supermarkets,the air-conditioning system accounted for the largest proportion,followed by the power socket system and lighting system,accounting for 38%,32%,and 30%respectively;in terms of energy consumption,large supermarkets in Shandong Province used electricity Mainly,gas supplemented,so as to find out the current situation of building energy consumption of large supermarkets in Shandong Province.Then,according to the characteristics of the energy consumption structure of large supermarket buildings in Shandong Province,the author established a typical large supermarket reference building model,and used the energy consumption simulation software De ST to analyze the annual hourly load,monthly energy consumption and total building energy consumption of large supermarkets.And itemized energy consumption.In order to explore the main factors that affect the building energy consumption of large supermarkets,the author used the orthogonal experimental design to carry out range analysis,variance analysis and trend diagram analysis on the 6-factor indicators affecting the building energy consumption of large supermarkets,and obtained the weight of each influencing factor:equipment power F>personnel density B>lighting power C>per capita fresh air volume E>envelope structure A>interior design temperature D.Then,the author analyzed the energy-saving potential of large supermarket buildings,carried out energy-saving optimization design in lighting system,refrigeration equipment and air-conditioning system,etc.,and compared the building energy consumption before and after optimization.The research results showed that the use of appropriate fresh air treatment plan,exhaust heat recovery and reasonable setting of indoor air conditioning temperature can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system,and optimizing the fresh air index can make the air conditioning system energy saving rate reach 21.6%.The device can make the energy saving rate of the air conditioning system reach 6.5%.Optimizing the indoor set temperature can make the energy saving rate of the air conditioning system reach 20%.Finally,taking the energy conservation optimization project of an existing supermarket in Shandong province as the object,six building energy conservation renovation schemes were optimized by using TOPSIS method,rank-sum ratio method and VIKOR method.Then,the optimization and transformation plan was selected to analyze the whole process of energy saving optimization of this large supermarket.Through the transformation and optimization of each system,the building energy saving of lighting system,refrigeration equipment and air conditioning system were obtained as 181300 k Wh,207200 k Wh and 170400 k Wh respectively.The building energy saving rate was 11.4%,13%and 10.7%respectively;the total energy saving of the buildings transformed by the project reached 558900 k Wh,the total building energy saving rate was 35.1%,and the energy saving effect was remarkable.This research has certain reference value for the energy-saving renovation of large supermarkets and reducing the carbon emissions of shopping malls.
