Research On The Key Technology Of Leek Intensive Seedling Breeding Based On Safe Production

The key techniques of intensive seedling raising of Chinese chive were studied in accordance with the technical requirements of safe production of leek by using the seeds of the Chinese chive variety "Pangbao" as the experimental material.In the part of pollution-free chive seedling,the effects of different formula nutrient solution,compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer on the growth of leek seedling were studied in four aspects: compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer,and organic fertilizer combined with irrigation nutrient solution.Aiming at the safe production of organic leek,the planting density and substrate ratio were studied respectively.In the part of sowing density experiment,the different sowing density(16 / hole,22 / hole,28 / hole,34 / hole,40 / hole)were set when 32-hole tray was used to raise seedlings with different seeding density(16 / hole,22 / hole,28 / hole,34 / hole,40 / hole)./ hole,46 seeds / hole)and different number of holes(32 holes,50 holes,72 holes,128 holes),the leek seedling growth under the same number of seeds per hole;In the part of medium proportion experiment,the effects of four kinds of common cultivation media on the growth of leek seedling were studied,and the suitable seeding density and substrate ratio were selected for intensive growth of leek seedlings.The results were as follows: the nutrient solution formula CY5 was the best for leek seedling growth.The weight per plant was 0.4794 g,the plant height was30.2867 cm,and the root activity was 0.8543.when the amount of organic fertilizer was used in 40kg/m3,the organic fertilizer could be brought into full play,the plant height was 26.9267,the leaf sheath diameter was 1.26,and the fresh root weight was0.1614.FH6 in compound fertilizer could promote the growth of leek seedlings.Applying organic fertilizer and watering nutrient solution at the same time could promote the growth of leek seedlings.The experiment showed that when 50kg/m3 was applied,the optimal nutrient solution CY5,which was selected by spraying,could promote the growth of leek seedlings.The seedling height was 31.524 cm and the weight per plant was 0.4067 g,and the seedling index was 0.1901,the plant height was 31.24 cm,and the weight per plant was 0.7583 g,and the seedling index was0.1901,the plant height was 31.24 cm and the weight per plant was 0.7583 g.In the experiment of different hole number,it is found that the growth index is better after sowing with 72 hole plate,and the specification of hole plate is close to the need of production.When peat,vermiculite and perlite were mixed with peat,vermiculite and perlite at 3:1:1,the seedling growth was the best,in which the plant height was 30.8cm and the fresh weight of shoot was 0.7858 g.The dry weight of the whole plant was0.1143 g.The above results show that scientific and reasonable fertilizer,and control of planting density and leek seedling growth environment not only promote the growth of leek seedling stage,but also determine the yield of leek seedling stage.Therefore,the experiment provides the relevant theoretical basis for the future production practice.
