Research On Quality Control And Production Countermeasures Of Safe And Nutritious Chives In Beijing Area

In order to provide scientific and reasonable suggestions for the production of nutrition and safety Chinese chive in Beijing,this paper conducts market research and analysis on 12 large-scale chain supermarket,8 farm produce markets,15 chain vegetable stores and 295 residents that are representative of the Beijing market.Research analyzed nutritional safety Chinese chives market consumption status,and carry out related quality control technology research.The main results are as follows:The safe and high-quality Chinese chives account for low market shares.The distribution channels are mainly supermarkets,and the external packaging is processed manually;the annual average price of safe and high-quality Chinese chives ranges from 43.48 to 69.87 yuan per kilogram.56.95%of consumers believe that the price of high-quality and safe Chinese chives in current market is relatively expensive;except for organic Chinese chives,the nutritional quality of other high-quality and safe Chinese chives is not significantly different from that of ordinary Chinese chives.Consumers who are concerned about the nutritional quality and safety of Chinese chives account for 90.51%,61.02%of consumers who like nutritious and safe Chinese chives,and 75.10%of consumers who have purchased high-quality and safe Chinese chives;61.00%of the respondents did not know very well about soilless vegetables,only 11.20%knew about soilless vegetables,and 27.80%of the respondents did not understand soilless vegetables at all.The problems found in the survey:safe and high-quality leeks have a single circulation channel,and the product market share is low;the sales price of high-quality and safe leeks has formed a price contradiction with consumer demand,and consumer price acceptance is low;the safe leeks have passed the national safety certification and have formed a certain brand,but the nutritional quality is not obvious,and there is no commodity characteristic;consumers do not know well about soilless vegetables,and there are doubts about their safety.Using nutrient solution to cultivate Chinese chive to improve its nutritional quality,the study shows that when the concentration of selenium is ?0.3mg�L-1 in the nutrient solution can significantly improve the growth,yield and quality of Chinese chive,reduce nitrate content,plant growth is inhibited when the selenium concentration is>3mg�L-1;Spraying different concentrations of sodium selenite on the leaves of hydroponic Chinese chives,the results show when the foliar sprays with sodium selenite 3 times,and the concentration is greater than 20mg�L-1 at a time can significantly improve the growth,yield and quality of Chinese chives.Reduce the nitrate content;when the foliar sprays with sodium selenite 3 times,and the concentration is greater than 25mg�L-1 at a time,plant growth is inhibited.Research on Chinese chives and hydroponic Chinese chives studies,we put forward recommendations for the safe and nutritious Chinese chives industry in Beijing area:First,use nutrient solution cultivation to produce selenium-enriched hydroponic Chinese chives to ensure the nutritional quality and yield of Chinese chives.The second is to strengthen the technical promotion and consulting services of selenium-enriched Chinese chives nutrient solution cultivation technology.The third is government policy support to strengthen agricultural product quality and safety,traceability and certification management and supervision capabilities.The fourth is to integrate with the first,second and third industries to strengthen the development of the soilless cultivation industry of Chinese chives.
