Zanthoxylum bungeanum,one of the traditional economic tree species in China,is one of the edible spices and Chinese herbal medicines with Chinese characteristics.It has the advantages of fast growth,abundant results,large profits,wide use,simple cultivation and management,strong adaptability,developed root system,and soil and water conservation.But at present,the cultivation techniques of Z.bungeanum are not standard enough,and the output and quality are uneven.The geographical environment of southwest China is more suitable for the cultivation of Z.bungeanum.Jiangjin in Chongqing is one of the main producing areas of Z.bungeanum.In the study,with Z.bungeanum of “Jiu Ye Qing” as the object,the breeding,transplanting,fertilization management,pruning management,pest control and other techniques of “Jiu Ye Qing” were studied,and the high-yield and high-efficiency planting techniques of “Jiu Ye Qing” were summarized.The results showed that when the average temperature was about 25?,after soaking in 1% alkali water for 2 days,the highest germination rate was 85.32 ± 0.24% after soaking in 150mg/L ABT1 rooting agent solution for 2 hours,and the highest survival rate was 51.22 ±0.32% when the average temperature was about 15?.Soaking in 150mg/L ABT1 rooting agent solution for 2 hours.The transplanting survival rate of Z.bungeanum seedlings was higher,but different seedling types and soil types had a certain effect on the survival rate.When the nutrient cup seedlings were transplanted on red brown and purple soil,the highest survival rate was 95.83 ±0.091%,and the growth was better.Fertilization with different ratios of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium had an effect on the yield and quality of Z.bungeanum.The yield was the highest when urea 125 g / plant,calcium superphosphate 750 g / plant and potassium sulfate 300 g / plant-1 were applied each year,which was 76.95% higher than that before fertilization,and the average dry rate and skin exfoliation rate were also higher than those without fertilization.Through the retraction of main branches and pruning of branches in summer,Z.bungeanum could significantly improve the picking efficiency and yield of Z.bungeanum,which increased by 36.62% and245.89%,respectively.At the same time,it could also prolong the tree age and restore the tree potential of Z.bungeanum.Through the investigation of diseases and insect pests,the highest disease index of standardized pepper orchard was only 15.34 ±4.17%,which was much lower than that of farmers' extensive management(85.66 ±9.34%).The retraction of main branches in summer and the combination of chemical control in winter could greatly reduce the diseases and insect pests of Z.bungeanum.According to the results,I have summarized the high-yield and high-efficiency planting techniques of “Jiu Ye Qing” and explored the application of the "Company +Farmers' cooperatives+Farmers" model in Jiangjin District.It was found that the development of the Z.bungeanum industry in Jiangjin District faced four serious situations,such as gradually weakening of scale advantages,worrying prospects for the quality of “Jiu Ye Qing”,stagnant product development,and increasingly fierce market competition.It puts forward five development proposals,such as the strength of government policy support,the "regulations" of the National People's Congress to provide law enforcement basis,the establishment of a risk prevention mechanism,the comprehensive implementation of processing elements protection,and in-depth research on the basic research of Z.bungeanum.This paper has reference value for the high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation of “Jiu Ye Qing”,and provides basic data for promoting the development of intensive industry of Z.bungeanum.
