Evaluation Of Wild Herb Ornamental Plants And Species Diversity Research In Kuanshui National Nature Reserve In Guizhou Province

Wild herbaceous ornamental plants refer to the herbaceous plants that grow naturally in the original place without artificial management and domestication and have certain ornamental value.They have the advantages of strong adaptability,high ornamental value and high success rate of introduction.They are important original resources of garden cultivated herbaceous plants.Kuankuoshui National Nature Reserve provides an ideal habitat for wild herbaceous ornamental plants because of its superior vegetation ecological environment and special geographical location.From September 2019 to December 2020,this study adopts the method of sample line combined with sample plot survey to ensure that the wild herbaceous ornamental plants in the reserve are in-depth surveyed at least once a month,10 plots from different habitats are selected for the study of species diversity,on the basis of investigation,the combination of qualitative and quantitative comprehensive evaluation research are used for some high ornamental value of wild herbs,the result is as follows:(1)There are abundant wild herbaceous ornamental plants in Kuankuoshui National Nature Reserve in Guizhou There are 692 species of wild herbaceous plants belonging to 374 genera and82 families,of which 62 families,266 genera and 508 species are dicotyledons,and 184 species,20 families,108 genera are monocotyledons.The dominant families with more than 30 species are Compositae,Orchidaceae,Gramineae,Labiatae and Liliaceae and the dominant genera with more than 10 species are Polygonum,Viola,Impatiens and Lysimachia,among them,the genera are more differentiated,the species of single species and small genera are more abundant,which contain more species and are the main components of wild herbaceous ornamental plants in the nature reserve.In the distribution area type,the tropical distribution component of families is the most,which is consistent with the environmental conditions of the middle subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest where Kuankuoshui is located.The temperate geographical distribution proportion of genera is the largest(60.50%),but it contains less species,and are dominated by single species,on the contrary,there are more species in tropical distribution genera,and the analysis of the floristic nature of the genus level is more sensitive and reliable than that of the family level.From the perspective of the gradual change of the nature of the family and genus,the tropical and temperate elements infiltrate each other and have obvious transitional characteristics.Therefore,the geographical distribution of the genus level reflects that the herbaceous ornamental flora in the Nature Reserve belongs to the nature of the transition from subtropical to warm temperate.(2)Based on the comprehensive consideration of ornamental value,ecological adaptability and resource potential,a comprehensive evaluation model of wild herbaceous ornamental plants in Kuankuoshui National Nature Reserve was established by using analytic hierarchy process.The most main factor limiting the development and utilization of herbaceous ornamental plants in the reserve was ornamental value(0.5995),following by ecological adaptability(0.2503)and resource potential(0.1502).According to the comprehensive score,it can be divided into four grades.There are 14 kinds of wild herbaceous ornamental plants that can be utilized in grade I,with high ornamental value and environmental adaptability,such as Cardiocrinum giganteum,Ligularia fischeri,Belamcanda chinensis and so on,38 species in grade II,48 species in grade III and 24 species in grade IV are the potential.(3)The species diversity of wild herbaceous ornamental plant communities under different habitat conditions was discussed by using Margalef index,Simpson index,Shannon-Wienerindex and Pielou index,Among them,the composition of herbaceous ornamental plant community in different plots is quite different and the variation pattern of ? diversity and richness of wild herbaceous plant communities were not exactly the same among the plots,but the overall trend is the same,and all were maximized in plot VII,In plot VIII,it was reduced to the lowest value.The change trend of community dissimilarity and Cody index of plant community was basically the same,and showed an upward pattern on the whole.The diversity index of herbaceous plants in plot VIII was low,because plats in the plot were greatly affected by human disturbance.Wild herbaceous ornamental plants are an important part of the nature reserve.Through the investigation and study on the species diversity of wild herbaceous ornamental plants in Kuankuoshui National Nature Reserve,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the management of vegetation community and the protection of rare herbaceous ornamental plants in the nature reserve.
