Objective:Summarize the distribution law of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements in patients with decompensation stage of alcoholic cirrhosis, and then explore its relationship with the relevant biochemical indicators, which provides a useful objective basis for perfecting the clinical dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine in the decompensation stage of alcoholic cirrhosis. Methods: Review the cases in the Inpatient Department of the Hepatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May2015 to May 2020,screen for inpatient cases that meet the inclusion criteria, and collect the general situation of the selected patients(gender, age, length of drinking, alcohol consumption),relevant biochemical indicators(AST,TBIL,GGT,PT,PLT,etc.).The patient's four consultation information in the case was analyzed to determine the patient's main symptoms, signs and tongue veins, and the patient's relevant syndrome was marked on the syndrome differentiation dialectics table. After finishing and summarizing, the database is established, statistical methods are used for statistical analysis, and conclusions are drawn.Results:1.General information:99 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis loss of compensation period patients are male,45-59 years old age group the highest proportion of alcohol consumption to100-200g/d,drinking time mainly concentrated in 20-40 years;2.The distribution of syndrome elements of disease location:spleen(95 cases,96.0%),liver(90cases,90.1%),gallbladder(72 cases,72.7%)appeared the most frequency, followed by kidneys(70cases,70.7%),stomach(52 cases,52.5%);In terms of the combination of syndrome elements of disease location, the four syndrome elements of disease location(61 cases,61.6%),of which the liver+gallbladder+spleen+kidney were the most(36 cases, accounting for 36.4%),while the three diseases(38 cases, accounting for 38.4%)were less frequent, and liver+spleen+stomach were more common(18 cases, accounting for 18.2%).3.The distribution of pathogenic elements of syndrome:blood stasis(90 cases,90.9%),wet(86cases,86.9%),Qi deficiency(84 cases,84.8%),water stoppage(60 cases,60.6%)were higher. The four disease was the most(65 cases,65.7%),followed by three pathogens(26 cases,26.3%)and five pathogenic elements of syndrome(8 cases,8.1%).The largest number of the combinations for four pathogenic elements of syndrome were the wet+Qi deficiency+blood stasis+water stoppage combination(30 cases,30.3%),and the combination of three pathogenic elements of syndrome had the highest number of cases of blood stasis+wet+yang deficiency, with 11 cases, accounting for 11.1%.In the decompensated stage of alcoholic cirrhosis, the syndrome of qi deficiency of liver and spleen, blood stasis and water stagnation is more common.4.Relationship between Chinese medicine,s syndrome elements and bio-chemical indicators:TBIL was positively correlated with liver and gallbladder(P<0.05),Pt was positively correlated with spleen(P< 0.01),PLT was negatively correlated with spleen(P <0.05).AST,TBIL and PT were positively correlated with wet formation(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Alcoholic cirrhosis is common in middle-age men.Capacity for liquor in the majority with100-200g/d,drinking time mainly between 20 to 40 years.2.The syndrome elements of disease location is more common in liver and gallbladder, spleen and kidney, and pathogenic elements of syndrome is more common in blood stasis, wet, water stoppage,Qi deficiency. When the disease develops to decompensated stage, the syndrome of qi deficiency of liver and spleen, blood stasis and water stagnation is more common.3.Certain correlation exists between syndrome elements of decompensation stage of alcoholic cirrhosis and bio-chemical indicators:Syndrome elements of disease location are related to TBIL,PT and PLT.Among them, jaundice is the most obvious in patients with "liver and gallbladder" syndrome elements, and bleeding are more likely in patients with "spleen" syndrome elements; With the increase of AST,TBIL and PT,it is easier to appear wet.
