The Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huayu Decoction In Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:By observing Yiqi Huayu Decoction on angina pectoris symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,electrocardiogram,platelet,coagulation function(APTT,PT,TT,FIB,DD)and thromboelastography(R,K,Angle)before and after treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome The effect of Yiqi Huayu Decoction on the treatment of qi with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.At the same time,observe its safety and adverse reactions.Methods: 68 patients with unstable angina pectoris and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups.The control group was treated with Western medicine sta ndardized treatment.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observed angina symptoms,electrocardiogram,TCM syndrome scores,platelets(PLT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),plasma prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(pretreatment)FIB),D-dimer(DD),blood coagulation reaction time(R),blood clot formation time(K),absolute thrombosis intensity(MA),thrombosis rate(Angle°)efficacy index and safety index.Results:(1)Efficacy of angina pectoris: Both groups improved after treatment(p<0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%.After treatment,the treatment group was statistically significant compared with the control group(p<0.05).(2)Electrocardiogram efficacy: Both groups improved after treatment(p<0.05),the total effective rate was 87.50% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.53%.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(p>0.05).(3)TCM syndrome efficacy: Both groups improved after treatment(p<0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.70%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.59%.After treatment,the treatment group was statistically compared with the control group.Significance(p<0.05).Chest pain,chest tightness and shortness of breath(p<0.05)were statistically significant in the two groups.Self-sweat and fatigue(p<0.05)were statistically significant in the treatment group.Chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,and fatigue(p<0.05)were statistically significant.(4)Platelet count: PLT was not significantly lower after treatment(p>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).(5)Coagulation function: APTT,PT,TT,FIB and D-D in the treatment group were statistically significant(p<0.05),and APTT and PT in the control group were statistically significant(p<0.05).There were significant differences in FIB and D-D between the groups(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in APTT,PT and TT between the groups(p>0.05).(6)Thromboelastography index: R,K,Angle°,MA in the treatment group were statistically significant(p<0.05),and R,Angle° and MA in the control group were statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no significant K in the control group(p>0.05),and MA between the groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).There were no significant differences in R,K and Angle between groups(p>0.05).Conclusion: Among the patients with unstable angina pectoris and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Yiqi Huayu Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and TCM symptoms,and significantly improve the symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath and fatigue of UA patients.Reduce FIB,D-D,MA levels,promote fibrinolysis,anti-platelet aggregation,and prevent thrombosis.And the security is good.
