| Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common clinical metabolic disorder of reproductive endocrine disease and the main cause of ovulatory dysfunction in women of childbearing age.The clinical manifestations are usually menstrual abnormalities caused by ovulation disorders(including irregular menstruation,even amenorrhea,functional uterine bleeding,regular anovulatory menstruation,frequent menstruation,abnormal menstrual volume,etc.),infertility,high androgen signs,polycystic changes of ovary,etc.Can be associated with obesity,insulin resistance,dyslipidemia,etc.,the abnormal sex hormones can increase pregnancy rate of abortion,long thin hair ovulation or no ovulation,the endometrial affected by single estrogen may increase the risk of endometrial cancer,metabolic abnormalities,can increase the gestational diabetes,gestational hypertension,type 2 diabetes,the prevalence of cardiovascular events,etc.It belongs to the category of symptoms such as"late menstruation","amenorrhea","infertility","leakage" and "defect" in traditional Chinese medicine.It is widely believed that the pathogenesis of this disease lies in deficiency of kidney,stagnation of liver,deficiency of spleen,phlegm and blood stasis.Cangfu Daophan Decoction combined with Fushou Powder is a common prescription for treating obese polycystic ovary syndrome or phlegm-dampness amnesia and sterility phlegm-dampness internal obstruction.It has the function of dryness and dampness to dissolve phlegm,invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney.This study intends to use Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with Fushou San to treat obese polycystic ovary syndrome,and observe the clinical efficacy of patients after treatment,so as to clarify the specific effect of this prescription in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Objective:By observing the pale side guide attached phlegm decoction and bergamot yao powder for treatment fueling polycystic ovary syndrome after the BMI,WHR,acne grade,hairy,TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormone levels and glucolipid metabolism related indicators,in the case of a change on the evaluation of the party fueling the clinical curative effect of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,provide reference for clinical treatment of fueling polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:In this study,26 patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome(phlegm-dampness type)treated in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected and treated with Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with Fushou San plus/or subtractive prescription.3 menstrual cycles were observed(patients with amenorrhea were treated for 3 months).The changes of TCM syndromes,BMI,WHR,TCM syndrome efficacy score,acne score,hirsutism score and serum LH,LH/FSH,T of the patients before and after treatment were observed by self-control.Glu,Glu(1H),Ins,Ins(1H),HOMA-IR;The changes of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoB/ApoA1 values were analyzed to analyze the clinical efficacy of Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with Fashou San on patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Results:(1)The changes of obesity,hyperandrogen and insulin resistance before and after treatment:compared with before treatment,BMI,WHR and acne scores after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hirsute score(P>0.05).There was significant improvement in acanthosis nigricans,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment:Compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome scores,primary symptom scores and secondary symptom scores after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Evaluation of TCM curative effect before and after treatment:2 patients(8%)were cured,3 patients(11%)were significantly effective,20 patients(77%)were effective,1 person(4%)was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96%.(4)Laboratory indicators before and after treatment:serum LH and T decreased significantly compared with before treatment,while LH/FSH,Glu,Glu(1h),INS,INS(1h),HOMA-IR,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoB/ApoA1 values did not change significantly,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cangfu Daotan Decoction and Fushou San can improve the symptoms of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,such as late menstruation,low menstrual volume,acne,acanthosis nigricans,obesity and so on.It can improve hyperandrogenemia and reduce the value of gonadotropin LH.The results showed that Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with Fushou San has a certain therapeutic effect on hormone disorder in patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome. |
