| Objective:To summarize the distribution characteristics and correlation of the characteristics of Yun-Qi on the onset date of stroke patients and abnormal meridian states, and to explore whether the characteristics of Yun-Qi in patients with stroke are related to the abnormal state of meridian. Methods:This study retrospectively sorted out stroke patients admitted to Beijing Huguosi Hospital from January 28,2017 to February 16,2018,and retrospectively reviewed the date of onset based on chief complaint, the duration of minimum change of Yun-Qi parameters was considered as 61 days, and 312 cases in Ding You Year(Ding You is a traditional Chinese way of calendar classification with a sixty-year cycle).Patients with a course more than 61 days from the day of inpatient to inspection were excluded, and the diagnostic information such as the nature and coating of tongue, pulse condition, pattern of syndrome, and deficiency-excess condition were collected. In addition,Yun-Qi parameters were deduced by using the theory of Five Yun and Six Qi to obtain the corresponding Yun of the year(year evolutive phase),host Yun(host phase of the year),guest Yun(secondary phase of the year),host Qi(host climatic qi),guest Qi(guest climatic qi),Sitian Qi(climatic Qi of the first half of the year),Zaiquan Qi(climatic Qi of the second half the year),and input the required inspection items in Huguosi Hospital during the first hospitalization, that is,abnormal meridian status obtained by applying meridian diagnosis created by prof.Wang Juyi.SPSS 26.0 software was used for frequency analysis, descriptive analysis,cross-tabulation analysis,Chi-square test,Fisher test,Multivariate Logistic Regression analysis of the data above. Results:In the frequency analysis, under the influence of Ding You Year Yun-Qi type and Yangming’s Qi ruling Sitian(Climate in the first half of the year),dryness is great for stroke patients.Correspondingly, the abnormal response of Yangming Meridian is obvious, and the abnormal state of the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian(ST)(81.73%)and Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian(LI)(50.96%)accounted for more than half of the included population. As is recorded in the ancient TCM classic,Huang Di Nei Jing pointed out that in terms of the difference in the amount of Qi and blood in the meridian, this study found that the amount of Qi was related to the frequency of meridian anomalies. In the frequency analysis of Yun-Qi parameters, the first Yun was of the highest(23.4%)among the five Yun of a year, followed by the third Yun(21.8%)and the four Yun(20.8%),and the final Yun(16.3%)was of the lowest, which was consistent with what recorded in Huang Di Nei Jing, that patients would be under sickness in the first half of the year, and would gradually be of serenity and balance states in the second half of the year.In the cross-analysis of the abnormal state of meridian and the five Yun and six Qi parameters, the distribution frequency of the abnormal state of the meridian of each Qi fluctuated with the turning of the six Qi.The law of change was correspond to what explained in Huang Di Nei Jing. The Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian(ST),Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian(SP),Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian(LR),Hand Shaoyang Triple Burner Meridian(TE),and Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian(KI)increased abnormality rates during the second phase of Qi and reduced at the third when the extreme dryness Qi turned into moist.Later, the Hand Yangming Intestine Meridian(LI)and the Hand Jueyin Pericardium Meridian(PC)rised abnormally accompanied by the addition of the meridians mentioned above to the of the fourth phase of Qi led by Shaoyin Junhuo(monarch fire)Zaiquan. The meridians tended to be normal afterwards at the fifth phase of Qi.Eventually, the abnormal condition of the stomach, spleen, liver, kidney, lung, and bladder was seen in the sixth Qi period, and the rest Qi was tranquil.Based on the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis of meridian abnormal state parameters and Yun-Qi parameters,it was found in this study that the meridians that are related to the change of movement were only the Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian(LU)and the Foot Shaoyang Gall Bladder Meridian(BL).The meridians which were related to the change of the six Qi were up to seven, which were Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian(LU),Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian(ST),Hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian(HT),Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian(BL),Hand Jueyin Pericardium Meridian(PC),Hand Shaoyang Triple Jiao Meridian(TE),and Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian(GB).Therefore,it could be considered that the correlation between the five Yun and six Qi theory and the abnormal state of meridians and collaterals, the significance of Qi was greater than Yun.For the changes of the six phases of Qi,the abnormality of the Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian(LU)was significantly correlated to the second phase to the fifth of Qi,which could be understood from Huang Di Nei Jing that the Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian was regarded as the management and regulation. As the function of the human body to adapt to the external environment, the abnormality of the meridian state has its rules.Conclusions:1.The abnormal distribution of meridians and collaterals in stroke patients in Ding You Year is related to the characteristics of Yun-Qi,and the difference in distribution reflects the outcome of civil diseases in the year of Yangming administration discussed in Huang Di Nei Jing.2.The abnormality of Hand-Taiyin Lung Meridian(LU)in Ding You Year is related to various phases of Qi movement, which reflects the theory of lung governing management and regulation. As a functional feature of human body to adapt to environmental changes,it suggests that attention should be paid to the regulating of lung meridian in clinical diagnosis and treatment to help patients adapt to external environmental changes.3.The results of regression analysis showed that the correlation between abnormal state of meridian and the change of six Qi was significantly better than that of five Yun,so the abnormal state of meridian can be judged by meridian diagnostic method in clinical practice, combined with the parameters of Yun-Qi,as a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment and prevention of stroke in early stage in the years when the wood element is insufficient. |
