Objective:1.Through the research on medical literatures related to the diagnosis and treatment of Chong and Ren meridians theory for gynecologic diseases of TCM by ancient doctors, this article analyzes the relationship with Chong and Ren Meridians for gynecologic diseases, and summarizes relevant clinical application experience.2.Taking endometriosis dysmenorrhea with the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis as an example, this article explores the meridian examination law of the lower abdominal Chong and Ren meridians, and analyzes the correlation with the disease.3.To explore the potential prospect of the diagnosis of Chong and Ren meridians in assisting the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea with the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis,so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of other gynecologic diseases with acupuncture therapy.Methods:1.Theoretical research:By using the method of combining computer retrieval and manual retrieval, medical literatures on the diagnosis and treatment of Chong and Ren meridians theory for gynecologic diseases since Qin and Han dynasties in China were widely collected. The computer retrieval came from the database of "Encyclopaedia of TCM(5th Edition)" and the manual re-examination came from the library of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Taking the key words of "Chong Meridian","Ren Meridian","Chong and Ren Meridians","Gynecology" and "Women",all relevant documents are searched, along with the symptoms, pathogenesis, therapeutic principles, acupuncture and moxibustion characteristics of gynecologic diseases diagnosed and treated by Chong and Ren meridians in the documents are analyzed. At the same time, gynecologic diseases are classified and analyzed.2.Clinical study:Thirty cases of endometriosis dysmenorrhea patients with the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis were investigated by cross-sectional study method, and their dysmenorrhea degree score, symptom score and grading standard were evaluated.Meridian examination was carried out on 31 acupoints along the Chong and Ren meridians in the lower abdomen of the subject,including:(1)Meridian observation:?appearance of the lower abdomen;?skin color, shape, skin lesions, hair, superficial venules of the acupoints and other abnormal characteristics;?pigmentation phenomenon of Ren meridian.(2)Examination of tenderness points:? presence or absence of tenderness acupoints;? threshold of the most painful tenderness acupoint.(3)Examination of scraping:? sha image;? positive reaction points. This article analyzes the meridian examination characteristics of the representative parts of Chong and Ren meridians in endometriosis dysmenorrhea patients with the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Results:1.Theoretical research:Chong and Ren meridians are interrelated in the aspects of transmission route, physiological functions and pathological manifestations. The theoretical system of gynecologic diseases with the theory Chong and Ren meridians has been constantly improved.2.Clinical research:The first part is the results of meridian examination:(1)Meridian observation:? Most patients have the appearance of abdominal bulge.?Only three cases of skin color change, skin lesions and abnormal hair distribution were observed in the study.?Most patients can be observed with the pigmentation phenomenon of Ren meridian.(2)Examination of tenderness points:? The first six tenderness acupoints with high frequency:CV7(0.37),left ST26(0.33),right ST26(0.33),left KI14(0.27),left ST28(0.27)and right ST 27(0.27).? The first three painful threshold tenderness acupoints with high frequency:left ST26(0.20),right ST26(0.13)and CV7(0.10).(3)Examination of scraping:? Most people's sha image is pale purple and cyan.?Most people's positive reaction points are in the form of gravel, nodule or cord, and the form of nodule is the most common one.The first six positive reaction acupoints after scraping with high frequency are right ST28(0.67),CV4(0.63),CV3(0.60),right KI13(0.53),left ST28(0.53)and left KI13(0.40).The first three positive reaction acupoints in the form of nodule with high frequency after scraping were CV4(0.23),CV7(0.20)and CV3(0.20).The second part is the results of correlation analysis, using Spearman rank correlation analysis:(1)The total number of tenderness points has a positive correlation with dysmenorrhea symptom score and grading standard of the patients(the former r=0.598,p<0.001:the latter r=0.518,p=0.003).(2)The threshold of the most painful tenderness acupoint has a negative correlation with dysmenorrhea symptom score and grading standard of the patients(the former r=-0.495,p=0.005;the latter r=-0.454,p=0.012).(3)There is no statistical correlation between the total number of positive reaction acupoints after scraping and dysmenorrhea symptom score and grading standard of the patients(the former r=0.328,p=0.077;the latter r=0.265,p=0.157).Conclusion:1.The theoretical system of Chong and Ren meridians theory for gynecologic diseases is perfect and has rich kernel, which is of great guiding significance to the diagnosis and treatment of modern clinical gynecology of TCM.2.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecology of TCM,it is advisable to think about the problem from the angle of "Chong-Ren Injury",treat disease from the root, attach importance to menstruation regulation and viscera regulation, and use acupuncture therapy combined with Chinese medicine when necessary.3.The meridian examination results of the representative parts of Chong and Ren meridians in endometriosis dysmenorrhea patients with the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis have certain regularity, which are manifested in meridian observation, tenderness points, sha image and positive reaction points after scraping,etc.4.The total number of tenderness points and the threshold of the most painful tenderness acupoint along the Chong and Ren meridians in the lower abdomen of the patients are correlated with their dysmenorrhea symptom score and grading standard.5.In the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion,it is necessary to pay attention to the role of meridian examination in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
