| Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yushen Decoction combined with Abelmoschus manihot in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria of deficiency of both Qi and Yin with damp heat through clinical retrospectiveresearch.Material and method:Looking back at the outpatient department of Nephrology,Liaoning Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to October2020,patients who were diagnosed with chronic glomerulonephritis met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in a total of 72 cases,including 37 cases in the treatment group.There were35 cases in the control group.The control group was given basic treatment with Jiayushen Recipe,and the treatment group was given basic treatment with Yushen Recipe combined with Abelmoschus manihot.One course of treatment was 4 weeks and 3 courses of treatment.The qualitative urine protein before and after treatment,24 h urine protein quantitative and TCM syndrome were recorded Integrate,monitor liver function,renal function and other safety indicators,carry out statistical analysis,and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yushen Decoction combined with Abelmoschus manihot in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency and damp-heat chronic nephritis proteinuria based on the statistical results.Results:1.Western medicine clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 91.89%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 71.43%.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group has obvious advantages in clinical efficacy(P< 0.05).2.Urine protein qualitative and 24 h urine protein quantification: The qualitative and 24 h urine protein quantitative indexes of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.19%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.29%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM symptoms of the treatment group were relieved more obviously.4.Other physical and chemical indicators: There was no significant change in the renal function(BUN,Scr)and liver function(ALT,AST)indicators of the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Yushen Recipe combined with Abelmoschus manihot can significantly reduce the qualitative and quantitative indicators of urine protein in patients with chronic nephritis and proteinuria,and delay the progression of renal function.2 Yushen Recipe combined with Abelmoschus manihot can significantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms of patients with chronic nephritis and proteinuria of spleen and kidney qi and yin deficiency and damp-heat syndrome.3 Yushen Recipe combined with Abelmoschus manihot has better safety and has no adverse effects on the liver function(ALT,AST)and renal function(Scr,BUN)of the patient. |
