Purpose: Based on ancient documents, sort out the development process of phlegm syndrome, trace the academic source of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome, sort out the development context of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome, and collect the prescriptions for strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm in the representative works of doctors of the past dynasties, and use the medicine Perform statistical analysis;extract Liujunzi Decoction based on high-frequency drugs, and use network pharmacology to explore the relationship between Liujunzi Decoction and dyslipidemia.Materials and methods: The thesis is based on the era,and is aimed at doctors who discuss related theories of spleen deficiency and phlegm, and collects ancient documents.Mainly use Chinese medicine think tanks,Chinese Materia Medica, electronic versions of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia","Chinese Medicine Dictionary",etc.,and also refer to databases such as CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang, etc.,to collect literature on the theoretical research and application of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome.analysis.The source of the syndrome of spleen deficiency and turbid phlegm is to sort out the development context of spleen deficiency and turbid phlegm syndrome by consulting medical classics, the works of doctors of the past dynasties and medical records.Regarding the prescriptions for the treatment of spleen deficiency and turbid phlegm syndrome,we refer to many prescription books and doctors' writings, collect data for analysis, summarize and analyze the changes in the treatment of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome by doctors of different eras, and reflect the development and evolution of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome from the perspective of medication;Searching the active ingredients and target genes of Liujunzi Decoction through TCMSP database, searching the target genes related to dyslipidemia in Gene Card database, using Cytoscape to draw and processing Liujunzi Decoction "active ingredients-targets" network diagram,String constructing Liujunzi Decoction treatment of dyslipidemia protein interaction mapping(PPI),the drug-disease intersection target acute GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Result:1.The word "phlegm" did not appear in the pre-Qin period, but the "Huangdi Neijing" has a preliminary understanding of tangible phlegm, and points out the internal connection between the spleen and phlegm from the perspective of body fluid metabolism. There are also treatments in herbal books." Drug records of phlegm;Zhang Zhongjing of the Eastern Han Dynasty set up a chapter on “phlegm-drinking diseases” in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, but it was actually the concept of “drinking syndromes”;Chaoyuan Fang in the Sui Dynasty put forward the first "Treatise on the Sources of Diseases" The concept of "phlegm"is the earliest etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome classification of phlegm diseases.Sun Simiao in the Tang Dynasty paid attention to protecting the spleen and stomach in treating phlegm. In the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties, doctors and physicians had clearly distinguished phlegm and drinking, and phlegm was regarded as an independent disease syndrome.,Its theoretical framework has been relatively complete.Physicians attached great importance to strengthening the spleen and stomach to resolve phlegm, resulting in the concept of "spleen mobilization".The theory of spleen deficiency and turbid phlegm was initially formed;Ming and Qing physicians deepened their clinical experience, focusing on phlegm, viscera, and qi.The connection of blood and body fluid, summarizing the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of phlegm syndrome,is the mature stage of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome.2.The distribution of prescriptions: After searching the names of physicians in the TCM think tank and searching all the works of physicians with the search terms "phlegm","spleen" and "phlegm drink",631 prescriptions were obtained, which were screened and removed according to the exclusion criteria. After composing the same prescription, there are 277 prescriptions remaining. The 277 prescriptions come from 30 ancient books, which were distributed in 8 dynasties of Han,Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang,Song,Jin,Yuan,Ming, and Qing dynasties.Among them, there is 1 in the Han Dynasty,4 in the Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang Dynasties,8 in the Song Dynasty,4 in the Jin and Yuan Dynasty,5 in the Ming Dynasty,and8 in the Qing Dynasty.4.Frequency situation: 139 kinds of drugs appeared in the 277 first prescriptions,a total of2445 frequencies.Among them, the drugs with a frequency of ?10 times were selected as high-frequency drugs. There are 49 flavors in total. They are: Pinellia,Poria,Tangerine Peel,Atractylodes,Licorice,Ginseng,Ginger,Cinnamon,Magnolia,Dried Ginger,Citrus aurantium,Citrus aurantium,Citrus aurantium,Betel nut,Platycodon grandiflorum,Clove,Myrobalan,Peucedanum,Jujube,Shenqu,Aconite,Scutellaria,Cardamom,Araceae,Green peel,Peony,Asarum,Agarwood,Angelica,Amomum villosum,Ze Diarrhea,Inula,Atractylodes,Huoxiang,Alum,Cardamom,Galangal,Nutmeg,Cyperus rot,Coptis,Schisandra,Trichosanthes,Rhubarb,Malt,Yam,Almond.Among the prescriptions for treating phlegm in the pre-Qin and Han dynasties,27 types of drugs were involved;among the prescriptions for treating phlegm in the Sui and Tang Dynasties,55 drugs were involved,of which 7 were used more than 10 times, and the most frequently used was Poria,17 times in total;Song Jinyuan Among the prescriptions for treating phlegm in the period, there are 141 drugs involved, among which 33 are drugs used frequently ?10 times, and the most frequently used is tangerine peel, which is 93 times, accounting for 6.8% of the total.Among the prescriptions for treating phlegm in Ming Dynasty,102 drugs are involved.Among them, there are 10 flavors of drugs that are used more than 10 times;among them,Pinellia is the most frequently used, with a total of 47 flavors;among the Qing Dynasty phlegm treatment prescriptions,77 drugs are involved, and 18 of them are used more than 10 times. The most frequent one is Poria,a total of 31 times.5.The distribution of the nature and flavor of the medicine: After removing the incomplete information in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the four qi of the 125 traditional Chinese medicines are arranged in descending order of frequency of use, namely, warm medicine and cold medicine.Medicines, plain medicines, hot medicines, and cold medicines;according to the frequency of use,the five flavors of the 125 Chinese medicines are pungent, bitter, sweet, sour, salty, astringent, and mild.medicine.6.The distribution of the meridian and classification of the medicine: the meridians of the 125 Chinese medicines are the spleen meridian, lung meridian, stomach meridian, liver meridian, kidney meridian, large intestine meridian, heart meridian, bladder meridian,Gallbladder meridian, small intestine meridian, pericardium meridian,Sanjiao meridian;according to the frequency of use,the medicine classification of this 125 traditional Chinese medicine is anti-cough and phlegm and asthma medicine,anti-epidermic,tonic,qi-regulating medicine, warming medicine,Heat-clearing medicine, diuresis and dampness medicine, astringent medicine, dampness medicine, blood circulation and blood stasis medicine, digestion medicine, laxative medicine, soothing medicine, liver and wind-relieving medicine, vomiting medicine.7.Drug cluster analysis: 49 kinds of high-frequency drugs were clustered and analyzed,and19 cluster groups were obtained, including 4 single-prescription groups and 15compound-prescription groups.8.Drug association rules: when the minimum support is set to 10% and the minimum confidence is set to 80%,14 association rules are obtained, including 3 two association rules,7 three association rules, and four association rules 2 items,2 five-item association rules, from the results, tangerine peel ? Magnolia officinalis, ginger ? jujube, tangerine peel ?Magnolia atractylodes,Poria ? Ginseng Atractylodes pinellia,Atractylodes ? ginger ginseng tangerine peel,Poria ? Qianhu,Tangerine peel ? Magnolia ginseng is the most common combination.9.Network pharmacology analysis found that the key target genes of Liujunzi Decoction for treating dyslipidemia are AKT1,TNF,JUN,PPARG.Conclusion:1.Spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome formed the theoretical cornerstone during the Qin and Han dynasties. After the development of Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang Dynasties, prescriptions focusing on strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm began to increase. The theory of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity developed at its peak, and matured in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.2.In the treatment of spleen-deficiency and phlegm syndrome, physicians in the past often used bitter dryness and pungent powder, and took into account the cause of the disease, combined with tonic and qi medicine for treatment.3.Resolving phlegm, invigorating the spleen, and promoting qi are the main treatment methods for the treatment of spleen deficiency and phlegm syndrome. At the same time,it is added or subtracted according to the cold and heat nature of the condition with heat-clearing medicine or warming medicine.
